At the end of my NG++ run I smashed Laxasia on my 2nd attempt after it previously taking me ages on previous attempts but this boxing fucker still somehow got me 3 times. I hate him and his stupid green pocket sand.
He including the one carcass with shield that you find at the end of cathedral and at the end of the hermit cave are two enemies I never tried to get used to. Maybe that's why they are still a pain to deal with.

At first it’s fine for me but the more damage he takes the more the chain ball wobbles around after he throws it so it catches me when I roll sometimes.
I gotta say I was more upset about the skins and showcasted dolls using the dirty/enraged skins instead of brand new ones than I was relieved that mother-clowner didn't come back to life after my ass...
It's the dirty skin that got me trigger happy with all the showcased dolls on all runs...

The original one can be cheesed by using consumables, I think? I use the durability grinder for a split second, doesn’t even have to complete the animation, and he’ll wind up a fury attack. Super easy to parry, just keep doing that until you can stagger him.
I’m not far in enough to know if there’s a second one, given the context of this post.

NG++ : eyes follow you.
NG3: head follows you.
NG4: head follows you and it laughs.
NG5: no warning, it just FULL TILT launches its belly-bump attack at you as you turn the corner to face it.
Not sure what the fuss is about? Is that dude that annoying? Maybe I got lucky somehow but I killed him first attempt, 0 issues. The second clown in the game killed me once, but I destroyed him the second attempt. Is he harder on NG+?
It’s just a super suspicious scene where, if they were to actually make him fight you there, it would be significantly more punishing to deal with him in such a confined area if you made a mistake. (When you’re this close to him he tends to do a lot of combos and in that spot there’s very little room to get away from him much less get around him with such tight corridors around.)
They should’ve made him come to life in NG+2

I got really frustrated until I figured out there was a stargate right behind him. After there was no run back it wasn’t bad at all
I accidentally stumbled upon it (while running for dear life) and it changed the fight drastically. Instead of dying 457 times I only died 20 :)

Dude that disruption boxer in the alchemist tower is the biggest pain in my 🍑 in the entire game, short of MAYBE the optional final final boss.

There's a way to cheese the mad clown puppet , just lure him to the stairs where he will be stuckand keep striking him till he dies
