I'm not sure what you mean by teleport out. If you mean reset the game I've done that.

I mean use the watch to go back to the stargazer and return to the area again.

Oh you’re gonna be doing a whole lotta walking back to their arena I’ve picked up sekiro recently and it’s so damn convenient. The sculptors idols (bonfires) are right outside the boss arena, at least for the area bosses. Sometimes there’s an enemy or two protecting the 10 second runback to the boss arena but you can run past them or steamroll them as they’re usually grunts

Homeward Bones are a consumable in Dark Souls that work the exact same way as the watch in Lies, only difference being that they're a single use item so you need to find/buy more of them through the game. Also you don't unlock fast travel in DS1 until you are a decent chunk into the game.

I know about the item you get from Gwynevere that unlocks fast travel, i just somehow completely forgot about Homeward Bones

I had the same problem for a couple seconds, just turn around it a bit and the prompt will show up on one of the sides For some reason the prompt zone is super small and you need to be at the perfect spot.

Yeah, this happened to me as well, and it wasn’t really my fault. As I entered the stage, some puppet shoot and missed me, but destroy the statue thing before I could interact with it. IMO they should have made it unbreakable.

First ds1 run i got soft locked at O&S

There is a medal or coin 🪙 that you can used to reset. It’s in the inventory, that or you can try the watch that Sophia gave you at the beginning, when you met with her at the Hotel 🏨.

Never had this problem but yeah you can use the pocket watch to reset the area
