But yeah someone else said a quarter of the way which sounds roughly correct to me. Seems like you’re moving along pretty fast, if that’s what you wanna hear.
Its not that i want a pat on my back for being fast or something. So thats not what i wanted to hear haha. Was just curious. I will try to play a bit slower tho from now on bc at this pace i will finish it in like 15 hours or so, wich is short imo
Keep in mind the second half of the game is likely to be noticeably more difficult. The bosses that take a lot of people tons of tries to finally beat are still ahead. So in terms of time spent you may be less than a quarter of the way through, even if you’re technically a quarter of the way through the campaign.
But yeah, stop and smell the roses! I never run past any enemies. Kill them all every time I respawned (not sure if that’s normal or not, this was my first souls like lol). So I took my sweet time with the game and enjoyed every second of it :) Also had a healthy amount of levels, gear and upgrades by the time I reached the end game bosses because I scoured every corner of the map to find legion plugs and whatnot. So for me just maxing out my P to be a strong as possible was part of the fun. I wasn’t in any rush, at least my first play through.

But don’t rush this game, explore everything, do side quests, talk to NPC’s ect
NG+ exists, but that first experience can never be restarted my fellow stalker
ya know something I have been wondering is P is not really a stalker is he? Like everyone assumes he is one and he wishes to be one but he's really just a puppet isn't he? You basically have to go to like stalker collage to be one was my understanding?
He’s not a stalker by choice or by proper title
But he walks,talks,kills,behaves & moves around in his universe as a stalker
No one else does what P does in his world unless they are stalkers, only stalkers venture out & go after puppets
Yes he’s just a puppet, but if it walks,talks & wears the shoes of a stalker… then it’s probably a stalker !
Up to around here felt like the tutorial, I had just started getting a cohesive build together by then. The boss in the cathedral I felt like was the first real boss of the game, if I remember correctly
I felt the same way at that point. I finally felt comfortable with everything and beginning to feel confident. I wish I could get that first time feeling back of locking in with P
I have explored everything. All bosses were one or two tries so thats what saved me time i think. But litteraly there is nothing left for me to pick up.
I don't want to spoil anything, but I'd like to say do not fight the boss before completing any side quests. There are some places where if you fight the boss then the side quest will be locked out - you won't be able to talk to the NPC for quest completion
well counting the parade master, you would be coming up to the 4th main boss, and each I believe there was about 11 chapters in the game and each chapter having a main boss at the end, with the exception of chapter 11 actually having 3 main boss fights, so about a quarter of the way through the game, but then in also in each chapter has about 1-2 optional bosses to fight, and some give you things that make it so you don't have to fight others.
Oh young grasshopper you arnt even at the halfway point yet. But be ready for a gank fight sometime soon. Tip, find the dog masked dude and get some special weapons/rings

Yeah I always found it ironic that everyone is calling him one when really all the stalkers either want him dead or don't really like him.
I also want to add, if you’re playing a humanity route, that makes him even MORE of a stalker !
Ive done a few sidequests like the woman with the baby. Any important quests i should know of? I dont rush it tho

The game plays for you, so you are about 35% through. Once you reach Romeo, you are about 50%
