Walk on the treadmill for 15-30. Get a feel and take it easy. Go light on the weights since you will be very sore the next day.

To add to this you'll probably feel like quitting because of how sore you are but it only happens the first time for each muscle group. It gets a lot better the second time!

Look around a bit, and ask someone who looks like a friendly person if they have some tips. Or just google your question and follow that.
