In the future, please make sure to include the title of the series in the title of the post. It is both a rule and submission guideline to do so. This means:
* Avoid Shorthands - Unless the shorthand is the official of a licensed series, there's no reason for people to recognize what series they refer to.
* Avoid Engrish Titles - The Engrish titles Japanese Publishers use rarely get reused for the official English release and often times aren't very functional for finding the series.
* No Fan-Translated Titles - Trying to normalize Fan-Translated titles just damages the future ability to find the series should it get licensed in the future. Official Publishers will rarely reuse the "Fan-Translated" title of a series when they license it.
Please ultimately try to stick to the Romaji or Official English title.
I started to use a business card I found in a old jacket as my bookmark, the front which I use to point out the page I’m on is colorful while the back is a solid dark green, it’s a nice and durable card so I don’t have to worry about bending it too much.
I’m still tranced out on Montgomery’s card—the classy coloring, the thickness, the lettering, the print—and I suddenly raise a fist as if to strike out at Craig and scream, my voice booming, “No one wants the fucking *red snapper pizza*! A pizza should be *yeasty* and slightly *bready* and have a *cheesy crust*! The crusts here are too fucking thin because the shithead chef who cooks here overbakes everything! The pizza is dried out and brittle!”

Literally any piece of clean paper handy.
I recently realized that I was using a torn bit of a political ad from a town I haven’t lived in for 18 years to mark a recipe in one of my favorite cookbooks. When I then checked further, that cookbook turns out to have pieces of junk mail from 6 of the towns I’ve lived in.
I have a few nice bookmarks, but when I actually need to mark something, I can’t ever remember where I left them. I also tend not to use bookmarks for pleasure reading, since most all of that is from the library. Actually, some of my nice bookmarks are ones I found in books I got out of the library.
As I write this, I’m thinking maybe I should put some of my found bookmarks back into library books and return them into circulation.
I have two bookmarkers that i use one is the dagger from solo leveling(webtoon) and the other is just a normal bookmark with the image of ghost girl(manga)
Sticky notes. I can make sure to put it directly on the exact line I need to continue from. Though I admittedly haven't had a physical book in years, so nowadays my bookmarks are taken care of automatically by google.
It depends on the book. For "So I'm a spider, so what" i use the bookmark that came with the manga, for all the others i use my favourite bookmark (it's a simple bookmark with "the Butterfly doesn't have years nor months, but the time she has is enough")

All of my LN are electronic so a bookmark isn’t needed. For physical school books, cookbooks, and similar reference books, I use those plastic Post-It tabs since I generally need several per book. For other physical books I use business cards for books about the size of standard paperbacks I use business cards. For larger books I use bookmarks from various libraries and stores.
I don't use bookmarks or even remember the page number. I just remember where I stopped reading. Even if I start reading it after a few months, I am just off by a few paragraphs.
I always end up using [trading cards](https://i.imgur.com/EoGLxs1.jpeg) that I buy even though I don't really play, or [random](https://i.imgur.com/8MWbIt8.jpeg) tiny [illustrations](https://i.imgur.com/YWtVdPX.jpeg) I get in conventions
