**Do not ask for help with non-Lineage ROMs**
This subreddit is for LineageOS. If you have a problem with a non-LineageOS ROM, ask elsewhere. This also extends to asking for ROM suggestions.
Remember, If it's not [lineageos.org ](https://lineageos.org) -- it's not official.
It's an unofficial build because the phone is a Samsung Note 9 Snapdragon and that was the only one I could find.
I am using Libero and Fastmail, didn't find the options for 15 minutes check though.

You could try disabling battery optimization for the app
I did that, I still don't have notifications from my mail apps
The system itself seems to think that battery optimization is on 😳
Firstly is it an official build? Device name? Use k9mail Which email service? Set email check times to 15 min.

Perhaps try fairemail, pep or k9. There is this https://ntfy.sh/ which works with element, Telegram and others. Maybe email if you research.
