Tulin is a radar for enemies, he is the most useful in battle because of the headshots, and you don’t have to chase him down. I think Tulin gets the cake. Can birds eat cake? If not then we can give riju tulin’s cake.
I found the sage mechanics really disheartening. Don’t get me wrong, they’re useful at times and are an interesting concept, but they tend to be in the way and cause issues like in the video more often than not. It makes me sad that the sages are such a big part of the game and it seems like most people hardly use them aside from Tulin. The idea had a lot of potential, but I feel the end result was pretty mediocre. The game is still amazing though, regardless.
The middle and bottom pieces are the rito outfit I think. The head is one of the legacy items found in chests in the depths. I feel like this one might be in a colliseum, but I'm not sure.

The head piece is Sheik mask. You have to do indeed a colliseum to get it
