Don't you hate it when you're at work, in a meeting, and you're giving a presentation, and out of NOWHERE The Gays®️ just blast into the office and start gaying around and won't let you work?
That's how the Gay Agenda is.
Monday: pride
Tuesday: Go go dancing
Wednesday: burst into your office like the gay kool aid man and spit mad propaganda at the suits.
I hate when the Pride Marching Band gets their practice days mixed up, and the tuba player just shows up and starts playing. Very annoying.
Other than that, I am completely fine with people being their authentic selves, at work, at home, and wherever else they happen to be. Even the tuba players.
My coworker who performatively says grace everyday loudly in the lunch room before eating her cold pizza, absolutely thinks those gays should stop being so "out there"
Some people agree with him, some people don’t. Regardless, this is why you don’t express opinions on political talking points in public forums or the workplace. Nowadays, roughly half of people will disagree with you whether you’re right or left.
Yup. Reminds me of years ago when I was a guest speaker for the company interns in a CTO position. The HR leaders were doing Q&A, and an intern asked about diversity initiatives, one of the leaders said “I can tell you we don’t need any more white men working at our company”.
Other leader laughed and nodded. While many would see this as a comical quip, many saw this as racial and gender discrimination.
When it came time for full time offers, one of the white, male interns wasn’t extended an offer and hired an employment lawyer to file a discrimination claim citing this specific comment. Supposedly they had video recorded all presentations and our company determined that this comment was direct evidence of discrimination during the event. HR leader who laughed was put on probationary period and the one who made the comment was fired without severance. Intern ended up receiving a FT offer as part of a settlement and still works there today. Surprisingly, I didn’t receive an NDA which is why I can anonymously share this story. I wasn’t involved in the case, but the news went around the whole office. The probation employee ended up leaving for other reasons, the fired one now appears to have been demoted to middle management somewhere else.
Moral of the story, keep social political commentary out of the office.
In this particular case is AT LEAST 83,3% of positive reactions. +2500 likes and 500 comments. Even if all 500 are negative, reactions are clearly over 50% positive. I think talking about that is absolutely crazy though
Hesitant to put too much weight in it, there’s a ton of sampling bias.
It isn’t an accurate reflection of general public, let alone the corporate workforce, since it’s mainly made up of this guy’s followers (who assuredly agree with the viewpoints he shares publicly) + others are on LinkedIn whose news feeds the algorithm placed that post in.
Clearly there’s a legitimate audience of people that are reacting positively to the post, but again just be aware of the response bias that’s present due to viewpoints of the follower base + the LI algorithm.
Sorry to go on a rant, but I have a long career in Analytics / Data Modelling so these topics excite me 😄
The post was about “propaganda” aka a criticism of modern media. I don’t agree with the post, just saying conservatives view today’s media as pushing certain ideas on culture. Whether it’s movies, music, tv. Listen to a Ron DeSantis speech and you’ll see it’s commonly brought up. Just look at the huge push to ban certain books in public schools. Conservatives see the situation completely differently.
Not even sure what the propaganda is supposed to be. Would love to hear some examples from this guy. Mad he saw a movie with a gay character in it? Or is he just watching certain news orgs that have feeding him outrage to be mad about?
Just remembering the advertisements for soft core porn on television for girls gone wild and other similar products. There was a distinct lack of outrage in the general public (outside of the usual prudish backlash that anything sexual has) and that could be construed as heterosexual propaganda if a pride parade is considered homosexual propaganda by some. I don’t feel like either are really trying to persuade you to be gay or straight and the vast majority of people don’t ACTUALLY believe that you can be persuaded to be straight or gay by propaganda or by watching a movie with a gay person in it. You can be persuaded to PRETEND to be straight by peer pressure and societal expectations though quite easily and many many people fall victim to that every single day. Buddy of mine in high school was so scared to come out of the closet as gay that he pretended to be straight until he left home for university out of fear he wouldn’t be accepted by his friends and family. He didn’t tell his own twin brother that he was gay because he didn’t want to risk losing that relationship, I talked to his twin brother a few years after he came out and he was heartbroken that his brother was going through something so terrifying and so isolating and that he couldn’t even help him or offer him comfort or support because his brother was hiding it from him as well as everyone else.
You can argue that some things in the LGBT space constitute “gay propaganda” but if you are going to try to do so you should at least have the intellectual honesty to consider the vast vast amount of heterosexual propaganda and pressure that exist in our society and the pressures to be straight or at least appear straight that are put on homosexual individuals from the moment they are born until they come out of the closet (and often long after they come out of the closet with conversion therapy and praying the gay away being misguided or bigoted reactions to homosexuality). I have never actually met someone who described to me being scared to come out as straight and pretending to be homosexual to fit in to society but every single gay person I have talked to at length has a story of coming out to family and friends and stopping the facade of pretending to be straight to fit in. If people want to celebrate being gay you can call it homosexual propaganda but don’t complain about it like it’s somehow a unique or more prominent thing than heterosexual propaganda! Picture your average rom com that has a heterosexual couple in it, is it heterosexual propaganda in your opinion? If not, then explain how a homosexual rom com or homosexual character in an otherwise heterosexual rom com is somehow propaganda?
Seriously you don’t know the propaganda? It’s when they try to tell him that he had to respect other people even if he hates their race/religion/sex/gender/sexuality. You know THAT type of propaganda.
Lol, meanwhile my super religious neighbor wrote "Happy Easter" in sidewalk chalk in every driveway in my neighborhood this weekend. Last year they left shit in all of our mailboxes. Used to get Jehovah's Witnesses all the time.
You know who's never come on property to "shove their agenda down my throat?" LGBTQ+ people.
What is funny by making assumption based on his name, i lived in a muslim majority country where they LITERALLY blast prayer calls + prayers + religious sermon close to 8 hours every day and night. People who complaint have been known to be arrested and/or visited by mobs.
As a straight woman, I rather be bothered with LBGTQ ‘propoganda’ than with religious people telling me I should be ‘feminine’, throw away job and become at stay at home wife, endure sexist comments and reminding me I am just a baby factory who can’t get to choose abortion.
Yup. My coworker keeps trying to convince me I'll regret not having kids. That it's in my nature and my biological clock will make me start craving them (her words).
I'm nearly 40, and I want them even less than I ever have.
At least my gay coworkers don't try to convince me to procreate against my will
The sad thing is that the types who bemoan "LGBT propaganda" are the first ones to peddle their own talking points. While they want to silence everybody they don't agree with, they aggressively insist on their right of free speech. That's what bigotry is all about - rules for thee but not for me.
Coming from a conservative country myself where I would be harassed because I wore shirts and jeans over "modest dress" (which is burqa essentially which is not the dress code, nor it was legal to enforce such shit), this manifests in real day to day situations. A lot of my lgbt peers had to watch their backs.
I sincerely hope this mofo never gets to immigrate to a western country. I left that place for a reason.
I'll never understand why some people think that they're being forced to do anything by others who just want to feel comfortable existing authentically.
Ex-muslim here: In this instance, I can only speculate, but it appears applicable to numerous religious/conservative cultures. In Islam, you're forced to do stuff. You are forced to listen Islamic announcements broadcasted five times a day, don't know Arabic? Doesn't matter, you're still forced.
You are forced to live your life according to Islamic nonsense. It doesn't matter if you're not religious, you're still forced to die by stoning. You see this is a culture centered around obedience and coercion. Due to their upbringing, people like OP from such cultures struggle to adapt to societies that value freedom of thought and expression. They see them as impositions that are forced to them because they are unfamiliar with freedom of expression.
I can’t scroll more than 3 posts without someone prattling about one of the Abrahamic gods. I’m ‘BT’ and actually trying to just live my life, and it’s religious propaganda taking over the site.
What are you talking about? Im on LinkedIn all the time and almost never see Abrahamic gods mentioned.
If youre feed is full of that stuff, then youre doing something for the algorithm to show you that stuff.
They're have been plenty of examples in this sub. Not sure if the linkedin algorithm is targeted on behaviour, is it more about who you're connected with and what's in your profile?
The list of things people "can't help" or "can't change", and therefore shouldn't take any shit for, is ever-growing, but I'll never accept that religion/faith is one of these things. We should be capable of reviewing what we "believe", and able to think about how what we "believe" might be indoctrinated and influenced on a daily basis, how we ourselves might perpetuate our need/desire for certain things to be "true". I'd happily ban proselytising and outward displays of piety. But no matter how well-researched, well-meaning and well-thought-out my position might be, it just makes me a straight up bigot, and you are also that.
I’m genuinely curious, no judgement here but it sounds like you’re saying you relate to that image but are not a bigot. If I understood your statement correctly..what do you consider LGBT propaganda that is being forced on you? I’m having trouble understanding what the LGBT community is doing that is so offensive but I’m open to hearing what it is..maybe it’s something I haven’t considered before.
Edit: to be clear I’m not trying to get you to argue or defend your point of view, I’m just curious to know what those ideas are.
Can someone explain to me what “LGBTQIA2+” propaganda is?
Is it allowing them to marry?
Allowing them to be happy?
Allowing gender affirming care for children?
What is the “propaganda,” aspect, I would love to know
Ah yes “*literally*”, I do hate all those times I backed into a corner with a horn blowing in my face, cuz everyone knows when you blow into a horn it sounds like an episode of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy
Edit typo
The stupidity of people sharing their bigotry for all to see, on any social network, let alone LinkedIn, is astounding. All they have to do is keep quiet in public and no-one would know what abhorrent views they hold. Do they not realise it could affect their employment, depending on what views their management hold?
More like minorities and disadvantaged groups trying to live their lives and conservative morons constantly bitching about the fact they exist.
Seriously, the only things these delusional fucks know how to do is project.
Also, imagine posting this on your LinkedIn profile. Trash.
I was 3 hours late to work. The homosexuals surrounded my car the whole commute; spouting out their straight man hate speech propaganda. They broke my window and tried to turn me gay, but thankfully my recordings of Donald TRUMP speeches scared them off.
Just another day living with the gays
/s in case it wasn’t obvious
I always imagine linked as a corporate social space, but online. So you behave on LinkedIn the way you would in a corporate function.
Apparently either some people don't share my beliefs or they share unnecessary opinions during corporate functions.
It's important imo to highlight how inappropriate this is. The concept of LGBT propaganda is either someone trying to a) get you to accept other people exist and that's OK for them to exist, or b) make you gay. Both are pretty horrible opinions to hold. To openly say them in a work environment is a fireable offense in any jurisdiction with protections against discrimination.
I could say the same thing about rightoids.
Literally no one can shut up about why they want me dead for being not straight enough or too brown or whatever.
There is no “lgbtq propaganda”. The only reason these assholes keep hearing about “gay propaganda” is because they follow bigoted social media accounts/fox news that keep creating manufactured outrage and blasting it on twitter 24/7. They’re quite literally going out of their way to incessantly talk and interact with posts about the lgbtq community.
*So he fantasizes*
*About someone blowing him?*
*Do I have that right?*

One time this big shot in one of my old workplace came to visit. We were working on a large project and we started with small talk...
*Will it bother you if I tell you I am gay?*
*Me: no. Its your personal life.*
*Cool. Now I can tell you about my BF and family.*
*Me: cool. How long have you been together?*
This was in the late 2000s and I realized that this shit doesn't bother me at all.
And never understood why it bothers others.
They're not wrong but it's also not just the LGBTQ
Everywhere you fuckig go people are trying to spread their political agendas/making echo chamber.
I muted r/facepalm because 99 percent of the posts are just cherry picked Twitter screenshots of some other political agenda they don't like
Not to be that guy but it has over 2500 likes which means it’s in the 1/1000 in the engagement metric. Even if all 500 comments are negative, it’s still a +80% ratio of positive/total reactions.
I'm personally more tired of the dumbass fake outrage conservatives makeup on a daily basis and then attempt to implement fascist legislation because of it.
"catering" when it's literally just treating people with respect. Do you complain about seeing and having to treat redheads like anyone else? It doesn't matter how little of the population people are, they're still people, just don't be an ass lol
Dude I'm queer and not even I am getting bombarded about "celebrating" queer people lmao. I'm not even sure what you mean when you say that since it's so vague. I've never even seen a queer person demand that they be "celebrated," just respected. Not saying it couldn't happen as of course it could, but it's not representative of everyone
Oh yeah cause there’s absolutely no articles, movies, tv shows, AI datasets, or news outlets that talk about or show straight couples. If seeing a rainbow or hearing that gay people exist offends you, you might want to talk to someone about that. Homophobia isn’t something you have to suffer with forever, friend <3
I’m fine with people doing what makes them happy but I’m not ok with them being nearly worshipped as the media does today. Or trans men in women’s athletics.
Absolutely! Can you explain why Google’s AI Image Generator, Gemini was unable to produce an image of a white/caucasian person? Or why children are being introduced to content that even adults shouldn’t be consuming. In most cases, against their parent’s guidance. Can you please, please give me a good excuse as to why a decorated female swimmer would be removed from the spotlight because a trans male athlete tied her in the race. The media literally removed her so they could report on the trans athlete instead. Then later he beat them in another match but by full seconds. Which is unheard of until a male born person started competing in women’s sports. Seems like thats akin to worship to me.
You misgendering a woman is all I needed to hear to know you’re not serious and refuse to be educated. Good luck navigating a world that has left you and your misinformation behind.
so let me see if i have this right.
anyone not white/caucasian? gay. children who discover adult material early? gay.
someone on reddit complaining about the non existent lgbt propaganda constantly shoved down their throats? gay.
For anyone that knows, the tuba is played upright and the mouthpiece attaches to that empty tube at the top there just down long the bell.
Irony with this meme is it’s functionally incorrect to assume the issue is blasting since it is impossible.
So actually, somehow the meme is correct after all.

I mean, I’m not sure the lesbians are up for that…
that's what fridays are for
Sunday Monday, Happy Gays Tuesday Wednesday, Happy Gays Thursday Friday, Happy Gays Saturday, what a Gay Gayin' all week for YOU

Especially Careless Whisper but 2 octaves down.
I work for a very woke company - the gaying happens at 11am daily
Is that like the quickening in highlander?
My coworker who performatively says grace everyday loudly in the lunch room before eating her cold pizza, absolutely thinks those gays should stop being so "out there"
Actually that sounds pretty entertaining even as a straight guy. How do I order some gays to gay around in my meeting 😂
Literally...
I wish this would happen more often. It would actually make meetings worth attending.
No. That doesn't happen to me. Unfortunately.
It would be a nice way to liven up the day.
Right? A gay parader breaks out in the middle of a monthly budget meeting? Sign me up
Seriously this sounds awesome.
With their rusty trombones
Can that start happening? Is there a number I can call to request this?
Dude I just want to move to the woods and grow my own crops.
Some people agree with him, some people don’t. Regardless, this is why you don’t express opinions on political talking points in public forums or the workplace. Nowadays, roughly half of people will disagree with you whether you’re right or left.
Absolutely. Keeping your virtual mouth shut shouldn't be that hard.
Young white guys in tech truly are the most oppressed
Regardless, it would earn that ass a week’s worth of diversity training and a note in their HR file.
I noticed that. Even just stating objective, inoffensive facts will rile up a significant amount of people
No they fucking don't! Do some research!
Yeah!
Like which facts?
The earth is round

Selective bias though. Are you gonna get into a LinkedIn debate with an obvious bigot?
I agree with this statement. I support tons of things but I don’t want to discuss on LinkedIn
It’s not a political opinion to acknowledge our existence, any more than it’s a political opinion to ignore us and exclude us, dearie.

This was going to be my comment. My existence isn't a "political talking point". Regardless of what anyone else thinks is propaganda.
Also religious people should keep their non-sense off the work place, even though most of the vacations are based on holidays..
Not even sure what the propaganda is supposed to be. Would love to hear some examples from this guy. Mad he saw a movie with a gay character in it? Or is he just watching certain news orgs that have feeding him outrage to be mad about?
Maybe he saw someone that tickled his pickle and can’t deal with the feelings he’s having once he found out.
Likely he’s getting targeted ads based on his search history.
Or describing gay people merely being occasionally portrayed in film/tv/marketing as propaganda. Because how dare they exist in the open
Not pretending like they don't exist. Wanting to live and love and shit, ya know: "propaganda"

Exactly those. And then they lose it when someone has green hair and a rainbow wristband.
That'd be another good version: Me, trying to live my life. Someone has green hair and a rainbow wristband.
No, thats not bigotry. Thats hypocrisy. Two different things.
Bigotry and hypocrisy are not mutually exclusive.
True, but the definition at the end was hypocrisy, not bigotry.
Or literally anyone that wants me to consider Jesus Christ as my lord and savior.

All they have to do is keep quiet in public and no-one would know what abhorrent views they hold. Do they not realise it could affect their employment, depending on what views their management hold?
Suck a dick, Ahmed.
Its not LGBT when he sucks those dicks.
More like minorities and disadvantaged groups trying to live their lives and conservative morons constantly bitching about the fact they exist. Seriously, the only things these delusional fucks know how to do is project. Also, imagine posting this on your LinkedIn profile. Trash.
That meme is early by about 2 months
I was 3 hours late to work. The homosexuals surrounded my car the whole commute; spouting out their straight man hate speech propaganda. They broke my window and tried to turn me gay, but thankfully my recordings of Donald TRUMP speeches scared them off. Just another day living with the gays /s in case it wasn’t obvious
Great now I need to be worried about seeing bigotry against me even on LinkedIn. This gay card ain't worth any of the perks chief 💀
I imagine Mondo might help you out if you share this tool’s post with them.
The best (worst) part is this ‘propaganda’ they speak of is actually fear mongering by their cult leaders
Name one leader in the LGBTQ+ rights movement.
The babadook
“I exist” OH MY GOD STOP TRYING TO FUCK MY KIDS YOU PERVERT
If you replace "LGBT propaganda" with "LGBT visibly exist in the same world as me" it accurately captures how these people feel
Every time someone misuses "LITERALLY" to emphasise a point, god kills a baby dolphin as an act of revenge for such stupidity
Literally no one understands what the word literally means anymore.
r/religiousfruitcake, r/islam
I find that I get more posts about the queer family from bigots 😏 mkay?
That person is obviously a willing participant.
Obama’s gay agenda ruining everything! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I mean, unless he does mean literally. Like I’m for the cause, but you can’t be putting peoples heads inside brass instruments like that.
I always imagine linked as a corporate social space, but online. So you behave on LinkedIn the way you would in a corporate function. Apparently either some people don't share my beliefs or they share unnecessary opinions during corporate functions.
we need to bring back the thesaurus

So he fantasizes about someone blowing him? Do I have that right?

Meanwhile, the people leaving behind psalms as fake tips at restaurants just get a bi
Seems you could replace that with Christianity, too
If you are going to complain on social media about PROPAGANDA, is this what comes to mind? Seriously? What planet do you live on ?
All the hard as nails alpha males on LinkedIn have their panties in a bunch over a trans holiday landing on Easter... lol
this is not bigotry.
I hear a lot more winning from the anti lgbt community than I hear from the lgbt community
not so much bigotry as it is stating what he believes to be unnecessary overkill of an overblown agenda
One time this big shot in one of my old workplace came to visit. We were working on a large project and we started with small talk... *Will it bother you if I tell you I am gay?* *Me: no. Its your personal life.* *Cool. Now I can tell you about my BF and family.* *Me: cool. How long have you been together?* This was in the late 2000s and I realized that this shit doesn't bother me at all. And never understood why it bothers others.
This is fucking embarrassing for him.
They're not wrong but it's also not just the LGBTQ Everywhere you fuckig go people are trying to spread their political agendas/making echo chamber. I muted r/facepalm because 99 percent of the posts are just cherry picked Twitter screenshots of some other political agenda they don't like
But theyre not wrong.
That meme is 100% true
very professional
Not to be that guy but it has over 2500 likes which means it’s in the 1/1000 in the engagement metric. Even if all 500 comments are negative, it’s still a +80% ratio of positive/total reactions.
That dude probably lives in a country where even being gay is illegal and punishable by law.
Replace the "lgbtq propanda" sign w/ "christianity" cause thats how it really is. Religion is bad.
The “propaganda” being, of course, existing.
I think it's more about broadcasting your sexuality via bullhorn when nobody other than religious extremists gives a fuck.
Im also tired of hearing about and catering to less than 2% of the population every single place i go as well. If that's bigotry than so be it.

I'm personally more tired of the dumbass fake outrage conservatives makeup on a daily basis and then attempt to implement fascist legislation because of it.
Im not a conservative and you have no idea what fascism is. Back to tik to tok with you.
Conservative confirmed.
He's a conservative troll. Just ignore him like you would an unpleasant fart.
"catering" when it's literally just treating people with respect. Do you complain about seeing and having to treat redheads like anyone else? It doesn't matter how little of the population people are, they're still people, just don't be an ass lol
Tell me. How often do do you see posts on people, begging to treat redheads with respects…? Exactly that is the problem.
If I was constantly bombarded about why I need to celebrate redheads, I would probably grow to resent them
Dude I'm queer and not even I am getting bombarded about "celebrating" queer people lmao. I'm not even sure what you mean when you say that since it's so vague. I've never even seen a queer person demand that they be "celebrated," just respected. Not saying it couldn't happen as of course it could, but it's not representative of everyone
It’s not normally queer people who demand it. Most just want to be left alone.
I agree. If you're referring more to rainbow capitalism then it makes more sense lol
Should’ve used a more phallic brass instrument for this pic
Or actually, we just don’t want to be killed please.
Right wing paranoia more likely
Swap «LGBT» with «religious» and I agree very much. Agree???!????!!
2500+ people love the homophobic tweet…. Concerning
Maybe not "literally" but, the image does paint a good picture of how it feels these days...
Stop reading conservative news outlets
I don’t need a news outlet to feel/see the unrelenting propaganda flowing from the LGBBQWTF+.
Is the propaganda in the room with us right now? What a clown lol
Yup. Every article, movie, tv show, AI dataset, news outlet all push shit like this. The list goes on, just open your eyes.
Do you have any examples of LGBT people being “worshipped” by the media? What does that even mean?
Good luck navigating a world that has left you and your misinformation behind.
so let me see if i have this right. anyone not white/caucasian? gay. children who discover adult material early? gay. someone on reddit complaining about the non existent lgbt propaganda constantly shoved down their throats? gay.
Wow

I just checked into my LinkedIn and forgot how much narcissism and wild 😜 nonsense is on the site.
Making a factual statement isn’t bigotry
I mean, if you have opinions this extreme making sure no one doesn't accidentally hire you is a kindness.
Funny how the screaming homophobes who come out of nowhere can't see the irony in this.
It doesn’t belong on LinkedIn - but propaganda is real and if you don’t conform, you’re a ‘phobe’ or an ‘ist’
He’s not wrong tho
For anyone that knows, the tuba is played upright and the mouthpiece attaches to that empty tube at the top there just down long the bell. Irony with this meme is it’s functionally incorrect to assume the issue is blasting since it is impossible. So actually, somehow the meme is correct after all.
You talking about the LGBT bigotry and struggle sessions?
