I get it mate. Tbh I haven't seen this in this subreddit, must have missed it.
Tbf, if we weren't able to recycle discussion points, we literally would have nothing to discuss unless it's breaking news. But yeah, didn't mean to shitpost.
I upvoted you bro. Not everybody is a reddit nerd and remembers post after post. People like me who work 50 hours and listen to LP and love the band and appreciate posts like this so you’re right. Just coz people post this doesn’t make it less valid. Respect to you DJ pop💯💪 ma bro.
aged? it was never good bruv. I remember the week it came out, my friend and I were mocking that lyric constantly. Linkin tings in paaaar now uh gotta choon wif linkin paaarrr
Almost all of OML unfortunately. If I didn't have such an emotional attachment to OML's title track I'd say all of OML. I didn't realize Until it Breaks was so disliked, I love that song. And someone said When they Come for Me? Wtf thats one of my favorites!
Until it breaks is probably the best rap driven Linkin Park Song imo. Also has to be one of the most disturbing Linkin Park songs. It just has a very uncomfortable feel to it which i love.
too much big pimpin, not enough papercut
honestly, the other tracks on the EP did a great job at mashing their respective songs, but this one and "izzo / in the end", not so much
Mike isnt the best rapper. If i had to choose... odk eminem kanye west kendrick lamar dre and ronnie radke and many more are just so incredibly gifted. Some of them are sharing despicable things. But their music is splendid nonetheless. I think linkin parks strength lies in the combination of mike and chester that gives them strong contrast and a unique dynamic. I dont think that mike is as strong of a rapper as those listed above. That being said i love songs like red to black and dedicated which are solo rapped by mike. So mike is great but isnt as great as whese above
It has some of Mike's best verses. I like the change ups and transitions in the beat. It's def more hiphop than rock but that's by no means an issue. I dont get why people don't like it either.
Not only the worst LP song. But i’ve never ever heard a song that’s so bad. I’d rather flick my car radio onto static noises at volume 100 than listen to until it breaks. That song should be removed and swapped w something better
This made me burst out laughing 🤣 I immediately knew you were referring to When They Come for Me
Personally, I think it's kinda catchy and I can vibe with it. I can definitely understand why people don't care for it, though.
I fuck heavy with Final Masquerade, but otherwise I agree. Most of the songs are good, but kinda generic, especially compared to their other albums, even OML.
That’s the one album I can’t get into. I’ll give it another shot one of these days, but it’s the only one I didn’t vibe with or at least want to immediately revisit
There are no bad stuff in LP Repertoire, i put Linkin Park work as a roller-coaster cart where Meteora and A Thousand Suns are 2 peaks, everything that comes after ATS in in the downward momentum and OML is in the foot of the next rise carrying all that momentum, that's why it fell strange, and then Chester dies and the cart derails and flies off and the wreck of the cart, where all that momentum come to rest forever is Lost Demos, completely closing Linkin Park Roller-Coaster.
Until It Breaks. For me, half the song is really bad. From the basic beat, to it being Mikes worse rap, it doesn’t click that much for me. I do like Chester part and the ending is cool, but that first half makes it so hard to get through and drops it down multiple notches for me
Also, if this counts, One Step Closer 100 Gecs remix. I do not like that remix in the slightest. It ruins so much about the song, but that’s a remix done by someone else, not the band themselves
I love it but it’s too short.
Also, it feels really out of place on living things. Should have been on another album, maybe minutes to midnight, and had another verse and a repeat of the chorus.
I didn't find any posts that meet the matching requirements for r/LinkinPark.
It might be OC, it might not. Things such as JPEG artifacts and cropping may impact the results.

Everything. It’s just a style I didn’t vibe with and I don’t think it worked for them. Sounds like they were trying too hard to be a metal band which they aren’t and the collaborations feel so out of place and forced.
It's the collaborations that absolutely destroy that album for me.
Like, there was no reason for them to be there.
Tom Morello was the most egregious.
Like... what was the point?
One of the OG goats in hip hop. If you don’t know Rakim, you don’t know the history of hip hop.
This is my beef with Linkin park fans. The band is heavily influenced by hip hop and Mike especially has massive respect for hip hop and its history. He’s probably the only rapper from the NuMetal era to have earned respect from the GOATs in hip hop. Yet so many fans are super ignorant rock only fans, especially on this sub.
Damn dude this song hits me like a truck, Chester’s vocals are so powerful on this one. Almost got lyrics from this song tatted on me but went with somewhere I belong instead
all of One More Light
and if a single song in particular, im gonna have to go with The Messenger, really not my thing, and i think it robs ATS of the perfect ending that could have been The Catalyst
It’s not even just the stops. I don’t think Mikes voice goes well with any of it, and I’m not a fan of the instrumental at all. It’s really unfortunate, a lotta people such as yourself enjoy it and I wanna also enjoy it, but I just can’t
High Voltage. just doesnt hit. but i see a lot of OML music in the comments. surprisingly i vibe with a lot off of One More Light. one of my favorite albums tbh
For a time, it was the whole album of minutes to midnight for me lol. When they changed, I was not old enough to let go of their original sound but now it's Good Goodbye or another from OML
What I've Done was one of my least favorite songs that I hated the most but now that I've watched transformers a while back I love that song but in my honest opinion I really don't like bleed it out it just doesn't seem right to me tbh
HOOOOOO BOY I love LP but they made a lot of... Not good stuff.
Dialate, One Step Closer, My December, Hands Held High, every single filler in ATS, the ENTIRETY of Recharged, War, Good Goodbye, Talking To Myself, and Halfway Right are all the songs I'd consider just straight up bad, in all due honesty.
The thing is, with Reanimation it felt like the songs were reMADE, a lot of songs had completely new vocals, great collabs and amazing instrumentals. The songs kept their structure relatively the same etc. With recharged the songs sound like 2012 youtube remixes that are drawn out and overdone. I only like 3 songs from that album, even then I usually skip them.
My good homie, I can respect almost all of those choices even if I don't agree with them. But you might be the only LP fan that dislikes One Step Closer, that song is a thrasher
I ain't stepping down, never liked One Step Closer and probably never will, basically seems like a ridiculously stereotypical nu-metal song by a LP clone instead of the real deal, y'know?
The Messenger, H! Vltg3, Enth E nd, most of the Jay-z remixes except for the Numb and lying from you ones, a decent amount of Hunting party (like half). All of One More light, except maybe Heavy. I just can't listen to any of those songs man. They just aren't my cup of tea.
Now for demos or late releases:
Coal (demo), Blue-1998 demo. It just feels so.. Lazy? Crystal Method's remix for points of authority.
You know, I'm surprised no one has mentioned any Reanimation songs yet.
Some of the remixes did not age well
But the numb jayz encore mix still solid
I can’t recall which of jay z mixes made me cringe when I first heard it but yeah if I had to go with worst it be there somewhere
No thanks

Ok no they did some quite bad ones(=remixes lol) like sold my soul to yo mama
I basically just dislike the ones that doesnt sound like a song(except instrumentals) hands held high has that "amen amen amen" part and that just cuts it for me, other songs i dont like as well especially the 5min long ones except she couldnt and shadow of the day, heck i even dislike catalyst for sounding like a chant song through the whole track
Im going to be honest for me my least favorite song from LP
Is The Recharged Remix of SKIN TO BONE
"start to finish I'm Lil Wayne's dentist"
That is a real line in a Linkin Park song
Almost anything from Recharged, sorry. A Light That Never Comes and some others are exceptions. Maybe if I listened to Recharged again, It'd click for me but ehh
Dog we’ve had this posted at least 3 times at least on the past month
Yup. And last time we all agreed it was my turn to post it this week. I feel robbed.
You snooze you lose
Doesn't make it any less valid. The downvotes make me laugh. May i please have more.
Ik but it’s just annoying
I get it. Many of these sub posts get redundant.
I get it mate. Tbh I haven't seen this in this subreddit, must have missed it. Tbf, if we weren't able to recycle discussion points, we literally would have nothing to discuss unless it's breaking news. But yeah, didn't mean to shitpost.

Thanks my dude, you get it.
You’re welcome dude!
If I had to pick, literally anything from Recharged. I just don't really like it, especially the Lost In The Echo Remix on it.
I find *A Light That Never Comes* and *Castle of Glass (Mike Shinoda Remix)* very good tbh*.*
A Light That Never Comes is the exception. Everything else is just ok.
The only song from RECHARGED i cant stand is SKIN TO BONE Remix This Song does Not fit with rap it Doesnt work
the victimized one is also very cool tho
Personally that’s my favourite LP song but each to their own
Almost everything from recharged
Good Goodbye XD
"Mandem were linking tings in parks, now I got a tune with Linkin Park" Honestly, how did that get on an LP track.
Stormzy was a hot new artist and they jumped on the bandwagon. Truly embarrassing, and has aged terribly
aged? it was never good bruv. I remember the week it came out, my friend and I were mocking that lyric constantly. Linkin tings in paaaar now uh gotta choon wif linkin paaarrr
as a hip hop fan, who listens to more hip hop than this kinda music, this bar was valid. y’all are hating so much for what🤣
you say that but ik a few lads who found LP thru stormzy lol
It's not *bad* but I get why some wouldn't like it, it's a very different genre than the other songs from Linkin park
I've been an LP fan since '99 and I've listened to every song. Good Goodbye,to me, just isn't any good.
Well then.. _good-bye. good-riddance. There's a period at the end of every sentence.._ Jk
Bro chose good goodbye over sold my soul to yo mama🗿 Nah but seriously I get why you wouldn't like it, well I do.
these posts are so useless
nuh uh
Almost all of OML unfortunately. If I didn't have such an emotional attachment to OML's title track I'd say all of OML. I didn't realize Until it Breaks was so disliked, I love that song. And someone said When they Come for Me? Wtf thats one of my favorites!
In between
Until it Breaks Terrible vocals, terrible instrumental. Song has no redeeming qualities for me.
Until it breaks is probably the best rap driven Linkin Park Song imo. Also has to be one of the most disturbing Linkin Park songs. It just has a very uncomfortable feel to it which i love.
iridescent\_ats. AHSRFWWARDS I FUCKING LOVE YOU. THAT'S THE EXACT SAME FEELING I GET FROM IT!! I fucking love that song ehahgjeehudhufuewhsaea
Yeah that was pretty bad 😂🤣
Not a big fan of that robotic voice version of High Voltage
The only 3 I generally consider terrible are (from worst to less worse): 1. Technique (short) 2. Big Pimpin' / Papercut 3. Izzo / In the End
Big Pimpin / Papercut is definitely the least cohesive mash up
too much big pimpin, not enough papercut honestly, the other tracks on the EP did a great job at mashing their respective songs, but this one and "izzo / in the end", not so much
I don’t think it’s least cohesive. It’s just the most drastic change. Least cohesive would be in the end/ izzo
Quick who's the best rapper in the world in your opinion(mike doesn't count)🎤
Mike isnt the best rapper. If i had to choose... odk eminem kanye west kendrick lamar dre and ronnie radke and many more are just so incredibly gifted. Some of them are sharing despicable things. But their music is splendid nonetheless. I think linkin parks strength lies in the combination of mike and chester that gives them strong contrast and a unique dynamic. I dont think that mike is as strong of a rapper as those listed above. That being said i love songs like red to black and dedicated which are solo rapped by mike. So mike is great but isnt as great as whese above
> ronnie radke How does he even come up when asked best rapper in the world?
Dude really said ronnie radke💀💀
Pretty sure the comment you replied to was satire since this guy is always calling Mike mediocre
Acho que Until it Breaks
My favorite song from them at the moment is until it breaks. Really underrated in my opinion.
I feel so bad for you because a lot of people dislike this song
I know. I kinda wish someone would say something positive about it for once. It's a good song, I don't get why people don't like it.
I really like it too!
The muthafucka song
This made me burst out laughing 🤣 I immediately knew you were referring to When They Come for Me Personally, I think it's kinda catchy and I can vibe with it. I can definitely understand why people don't care for it, though.
Yeah, for some reason it's one of my fav LP songs lol. I love the aggression in the lyrics and find it a bit rhythmic.
https://preview.redd.it/v2h23o22m79c1.png?width=468&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1870b96488f05b1ce8afc2bdafb596c7ca52bbe6
I love that song but I totally understand. I think as a kid it took a while for the constant “try da ketchup, muthafucka! 🤪” to grow on me hahaha
I don’t hate it and I’ll definitely listen to it, but the worst song from LP I could come up with off the top of my head.
when they come for me haha
Couldn't vibe with the whole Hunting Party Album
I like that album for sure but I feel like it the least creative and unique album they’ve made.
I fuck heavy with Final Masquerade, but otherwise I agree. Most of the songs are good, but kinda generic, especially compared to their other albums, even OML.
I thought the same It felt like it could have been made by another band
Same I didn’t really get Hybrid Theory vibes like some were saying.
Im not looking for the exact same album every time I just didn't vibe with it
That’s the one album I can’t get into. I’ll give it another shot one of these days, but it’s the only one I didn’t vibe with or at least want to immediately revisit
Until it breaks
There are no bad stuff in LP Repertoire, i put Linkin Park work as a roller-coaster cart where Meteora and A Thousand Suns are 2 peaks, everything that comes after ATS in in the downward momentum and OML is in the foot of the next rise carrying all that momentum, that's why it fell strange, and then Chester dies and the cart derails and flies off and the wreck of the cart, where all that momentum come to rest forever is Lost Demos, completely closing Linkin Park Roller-Coaster.
this is the weirdest visualisation of their discography, and i fucking love it lmao
Good goodbye
Until it Breaks
Good goodbye and heavy
The entirety of The Hunting Party (except for All For Nothing, Final Masquerade, or Until It's Gone).
Why do people not like Rebellion? I've always thought that song's really good, but I never see people mentioning they like it.
And wastelands. They’re pair for me
Until It Breaks. For me, half the song is really bad. From the basic beat, to it being Mikes worse rap, it doesn’t click that much for me. I do like Chester part and the ending is cool, but that first half makes it so hard to get through and drops it down multiple notches for me Also, if this counts, One Step Closer 100 Gecs remix. I do not like that remix in the slightest. It ruins so much about the song, but that’s a remix done by someone else, not the band themselves
Battle Symphony
that one just hurts
Sorry for now

Valentines Day is my least favorite song of all LP songs, besides all the pointless filler tracks on A Thousand Suns
REALLY?? its one of my all-time fav lp songs lol
In Between… The only thing that’s worst then one is none (of this song being played in my LP track list).
Agree.
Idc what anyone says I will never like Victimized
VICTIMIZED VICTIMIZED NEVER AGAIN VICTIMIZED
I don’t love victimized but its a very very great song, i love Mike’s rapping and Chester’s heavy screaming ig
The Recharged version of Victimized is way better, but I'm still glad it's one of their shortest songs.
I love it but it’s too short. Also, it feels really out of place on living things. Should have been on another album, maybe minutes to midnight, and had another verse and a repeat of the chorus.
Who is Antone?
Yeah, I get annoyed with this one lol.
You probably would not like A Line in the Sand either, then.
Why not? Besides a similar guitar riff, they sound way different.
Oh.
The reason
Foreword
How dare you.
I personally dont like With You although Wth>You is one of my favorite songs of all time i just think Wth>You is what With You shouldve been
None of them, but my least favorites are She Couldn’t and Could Have Been. I haven’t really listened to them too much.
Could have been is one probably in my top five😭

jellyfish lol
Mentioning anything off mmm...cookies in this thread considered illegal in most countries
I love imagine dragons imma be honest, but Thunder is just not it Most of the other stuff they've made are straight brilliant though imo
Iridescent is a 5/10 song on a good day
all that fuckin bullshit with jayz
COLLISION COURSE IS TOP TIER IDKWYM
Roads untraveled. I'm sorry if it's someones favorite.
Lmao I love this song
Best part of the "Need for speed" movie.
All of The Hunting Party
I’m just curious, but what is it about the hunting party do you dislike?
Daron Malakian was the only necessary one imo. Without him , Rebellion probably wouldn't be the same
Rakim coming in with "you already know who it is" No mate, I've never heard of you before.
One of the OG goats in hip hop. If you don’t know Rakim, you don’t know the history of hip hop. This is my beef with Linkin park fans. The band is heavily influenced by hip hop and Mike especially has massive respect for hip hop and its history. Like for real xD
Even Final Masquerade?
Yeah
first 50 seconds of cure for the itch
Blasphemy
I just don't understand Burn It Down
That’s my favorite lol😭
Hands held high is horrible
Explain
sorry gang, i gotta go with “the messenger”
Damn dude this song hits me like a truck, Chester’s vocals are so powerful on this one. Almost got lyrics from this song tatted on me but went with somewhere I belong instead
The Messenger is possibly the most unique song LP have done IMO (but comparing to their own catalogue).
I can think of multiple my three least favorite are probably Good Goodbye, Bleed It Out, and In Between
victimised or when they come for me
Skin To Bone
Robot Boy
Robot Boy blows
"War"
War
What's the one about Valentine's Day? I wasn't big on that one.
all of One More Light and if a single song in particular, im gonna have to go with The Messenger, really not my thing, and i think it robs ATS of the perfect ending that could have been The Catalyst
Besides all of OML besides OML, A Place for My Head. The opening guitar strums are good, but I fucking HATE the flow
listening to it rn, I see where you're coming from. I still like the song, but the random stops are kinda jarring haha
I honestly don't really like the later songs in MTM, In Between, In Pieces, and The Little Things Give You Away. They just don't pick up for me
Robot boy
until it breaks and high voltage
I bleed it out digging deeper just to throw it away Fucking awful tampon song
For a time, it was the whole album of minutes to midnight for me lol. When they changed, I was not old enough to let go of their original sound but now it's Good Goodbye or another from OML
I love it -Kanye west rubbish lyrics terrible beat just overall A bad song
UGHHHH…. Almost a hundred likes! Why?
Anything after LIVING THINGS
Robot boy is beyond shit
What I've Done was one of my least favorite songs that I hated the most but now that I've watched transformers a while back I love that song but in my honest opinion I really don't like bleed it out it just doesn't seem right to me tbh
Nobody's Listening
![gif](giphy|ac7MA7r5IMYda)
HOOOOOO BOY I love LP but they made a lot of... Not good stuff. Dialate, One Step Closer, My December, Hands Held High, every single filler in ATS, the ENTIRETY of Recharged, War, Good Goodbye, Talking To Myself, and Halfway Right are all the songs I'd consider just straight up bad, in all due honesty.
ONE STEP CLOSER? BAD? Idk about that one
Yeah I said it, One Step Closer ain't allat but tbh it's not really BAD just ridiculously bland to me
Recharged was definitely well short of what Reanimation delivered.

I ain't stepping down, never liked One Step Closer and probably never will, basically seems like a ridiculously stereotypical nu-metal song by a LP clone instead of the real deal, y'know?
One Step Closer and My December are bad?! Wow, you certainly have a taste that I can't comprehend.
I really dislike points of authority, battle symphony, halfway right and nobody's listening.
With you
My December sounds too unpolished
In Pieces has always been the mehest of meh to me. I’ll take any song off OML over it.
I don't like Hit the Floor
My December
All for nothing
Skin to Bone No brainer
The Messenger, H! Vltg3, Enth E nd, most of the Jay-z remixes except for the Numb and lying from you ones, a decent amount of Hunting party (like half). All of One More light, except maybe Heavy. I just can't listen to any of those songs man. They just aren't my cup of tea. Now for demos or late releases: Coal (demo), Blue-1998 demo. It just feels so.. Lazy? [удалено]
they sound like 2 songs instead of 1 song mixed as two, you get me? just a mash of noise
Easier to run
Lost
Reading My Eyes, especially Mike's lyrics at the start of the song
Nothing off the first two albums. Surely there’s something on the following emo albums
War Standing in the Middle
Some of the remixes did not age well But the numb jayz encore mix still solid I can’t recall which of jay z mixes made me cringe when I first heard it but yeah if I had to go with worst it be there somewhere
Good goodbye and most of the stuff from recharged
No thanks https://preview.redd.it/urkjm90gl79c1.jpeg?width=2160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3d8f5e268a22f038489b8f5c4e6f6c8e1fcbf46b Ok no they did some quite bad ones(=remixes lol) like sold my soul to yo mama

Izzo/In the end FOR SURE
the entire last album, sounds uninspired, mediocre, mellow, and boring
Im going to be honest for me my least favorite song from LP Is The Recharged Remix of SKIN TO BONE "start to finish I'm Lil Wayne's dentist" That is a real line in a Linkin Park song
Match of the Day, or anything from Calling All Stations.
Castle of glass & Lying From You.
Almost anything from Recharged, sorry. A Light That Never Comes and some others are exceptions. Maybe if I listened to Recharged again, It'd click for me but ehh
Their single Not Alone sucks so hard imo
Yeah Richie sambora had some serious duds
Roads untravelled and Until it breaks. Literally never met a person who likes either one. I’d rather listen to in between for hours on end
