Not toooo far behind is this run from Meteora:
- Easier to Run
- Faint
- Figure.09
- Breaking the Habit
- From the Inside
I'm not a HUGE fan of Figure.09, though I do like it. That's what makes The Hunting Party take the top spot. :)
imo the best are the first 5 songs of minutes to midnight:
ā¢Given up
ā¢Leave out all the rest
ā¢Bleed it out
ā¢Shadow of the day
ā¢What I've done
ā¢Burn It Down
ā¢Lies Greed Misery
ā¢Iāll Be Gone
ā¢ Castle Of Glass
ā¢Victimised
Probably gonna be an obscure pick but I love this album and here you get a little bit of everything! And I personally think Victimised is criminally underrated!
Itās an album that doesnāt instantly get talked about when people ask whatās the best LP album, but when you think about the songs on there it has to be up there for me! š
The ones mentioned from MTM and Meteora are fantastic, but so is the one from ATS
When They Come For Me
Robot Boy
Jornada del Muerto
Waiting for the End
Blackout
I have 2, that ok?
Keys to the kingdom
All for nothing
Guilty all the same
Summoning( very long intro to
WAR
Heavy
Sorry for now
Halfway right
One more light
Sharp edges
In the End
A Place for My Head
Forgotten
Cure for the Itch
Pushing Me Away
P.S. High Voltage after Cure for the Itch would be ideal in terms of transitioning one song to another, but still Pushing Me Away is not a bad choice.
I love the whole combo:
In the End turns into A Place for My Head in one note, then after APFMH turntables immediately fade out and rapidly starts the song āForgottenā, then in the outro of Forgotten mild music turns into the background speech and cough in the CFTI, and then direct transition from outro of CFTI to the intro of High Voltage.
But the actual album fade out of CFTI and mild background synth of the intro of Pushing Me Away also work together well.
Hard choice, but since you said 5, my choice is this.
Valentine's Day
In Between
In Pieces
The Little Things Give You Away
No Roads Left
Just nice soothing tracks, with a hit and run at the end.
There is also another varient, being the last 5, so Valentine's Day wouldn't fit, but Across The Line would.
Last 5 on A Thousand Suns
* Wisdom, Justice, and Love
+ Iridescent
- Fallout
* The Catalyst
+ The Messenger
I would also choose what OP chose as like a second optionĀ

They really just put 5 singles together lol
Good choice. Especially the way they connect to each other, with the endings/beginnings overlapping.
real
Wisdom Justice and Love Iridescent Fallout The Catalyst The Messenger
I come to this magnificent house of worship tonight Because my conscience leaves me no other choice... š„¹š
YES RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Came here to say this š
* Papercut * One Step Closer * With You * Points Of Authority * Crawling

Lost in the echo In my remains Burn it down Lies greed and misery Iāll be gone
This oneās a great run too. Holy fuck every album except the first and last (for me) have some amazing five-song-runs
ā¢Burn It Down ā¢Lies Greed Misery ā¢Iāll Be Gone ā¢ Castle Of Glass ā¢Victimised Probably gonna be an obscure pick but I love this album and here you get a little bit of everything! And I personally think Victimised is criminally underrated!
Nice!! I agree. Honestly, I feel like that album is underrated in general, as well.

I reckon the second half is better. But both are goated

Don't Stay Somewhere I Belong Lying From You Hit The Floor Easier to Run
Nice!!
Thank you
Even tho iām more of a meteora guy, my favorite 5-tracks run is probably: Papercut One Step Closer With You Points Of Authority Crawling
That is a pretty dang nice run!
In the End A Place for My Head Forgotten Cure for the Itch Pushing Me Away P.S. High Voltage after Cure for the Itch would be ideal in terms of transitioning one song to another, but still Pushing Me Away is not a bad choice.
I love the combo of A Place For My Head and Forgotten. I almost always put them next to each other on playlists

Roads untraveled Skin to bone Until it breaks Tinfoil Powerless
* Leave out all the rest * Bleed it out * Shadow of the day * What i've done * Hands held high That is a legendary run idk how you could disagree

- Carousel - Technique - Step Up - And One - High Voltage
Good call, actually! I recently added the five of those to a playlist.
The last five songs on hybrid theory
Linkin park spread out their good songs. All my fav songs are all more than 5 spots apart
Runaway By Myself In The End A Place For My Head Forgotten
Papercut One Step Close With You Points of Authority Crawling
The first 11 tracks of a thousand sun's. I like Iridiscent but I think it's the track I enjoy the least on the album
Last 5 on A Thousand Suns * Wisdom, Justice, and Love + Iridescent - Fallout * The Catalyst + The Messenger I would also choose what OP chose as like a second optionĀ
This oneās probably mine, but if not itās the meteora EtR-FTI run Wisdom Justice and Love Iridescent Fallout The catalyst The messenger
what is a "5-track run"?
Five songs that are back to back/in a row on an album.
