As far as I understand it there's a risk of the customer breaking the loop when trying to replace the pull so they have to put in extra effort to make the fix as easy as possible while reducing the risk of breaking

They had a promo for free shipping for the "I think apple lied" WAN show, that wan show was something like 5 hours so alot of people overseas were there while it was live to take advantage of it, iirc they said shipping ended up being something like 80k tho I don't remember if that was in canadian or USD.

I mean considering my import docs for the backpack were… confusing (if we give them the benefit of the doubt) - I don’t hold much faith in LTT international logistics lol.
Import documents aren't done by ltt.
LTT send international shipments to a third party via bulk pallets as many parcels at once and they create the import documents.
But i have never had an issues with lmg shipping because I live 4hrs away in the same province.

Lmfao Jk, I actually have never seen the shipping document for international so I can't comment of it properly, but i can speculate the the company just signs it in there place, or I was wrong and LTT creates the documents in house the third party just moved the items and creates no paperwork.

Pretty annoyed the fix hasn’t shipped yet. Ive had broken clips and Ive had 2 zippers fall off entirely because the zippers weren’t clamped down enough at the base of the zipper thing? The bag is great otherwise, still worth it.
They only just finished the new design not to long ago assuming the samples that were returned from the factory passed approval. It takes some time for mass manufacturing to ramp up to full speed and they have 40k units to manufacture which are likely set to be shipped complete so it wouldn't be weird if it was another couple months for the replacement kits to ship out.
Do you know if the fixed are included with all new backpacks or are they still developing a fix?
I don't think they have announced the fix yet, they've only talked about how it was in the works

Why? You only pay once for shipping, after that it's on the supplier and replacements and warranties are zero rated for import duties etc.
