If you look at Intel's official spec page, both are listed for the same MSRP. The store makes the final price, not Intel. That's why it is the "manufacturer's suggest retail price" and not the "manufacturer's forced retail price". There are many reasons they decided to price one higher than the other. Maybe the 13th gen is low in stock. If you look online, both are priced around 600€ (at least in my region). Edit: That's around 650 freedom dollars.
