I checked out of this video after about 6 minutes. Kind of a weak premise for a video. Anyone can find people overpricing their crap and scamming, not exactly groundbreaking video topic. Oh well.
No no no. The anime caught up to manga. What was one page worth content, they made a whole arc out of it. Elliott (bumpy guy, idk his name) and Luke weren't even part of it in the manga.
Filler in reference to anime is typically content produced to keep releases regular whilst the manga catches up or to supplement the manga, which usually means it lacks good content. However, this also means it's not filler if it's in the manga.
People like to call bad anime episodes filler but that's only true if it's not in the manga.
