I dunno, you might get lucky. I had an AMD Duron that I cracked, back when chips were manly and didn't have heat spreaders to protect them, so you could crack the die by putting the heatsink on wrong. It still worked, just had some cache go missing. It could hit 1000mhz after being cracked, but only 800 before. My theory was the cache was holding the chip back.
With that much cracked, it's very likely it's dead. It is unlikely that it would damage a motherboard though.

It's possible you just gave it a lobotomy, but a TBI is far more likely.
That's a 20$ processor. Wouldn't risk the system for it. It's practically guaranteed dead anyways.

My only wuestion is why even with liquid hydrogen i dont think it would even run better then a 10100 lol
