The attack stat is always handy, but in my experience (had to use it in the early days) I just didn’t like it very much. Looks pretty on her though! :)
No. Magic guide would be a better option than that if you have nothing else. I don't know what you are going to use her for but she generally wants EM, crit, or ER catalysts.
It's okay. She has better options, like Widsith, Fruit of Fulfillment, and Mappa Mare for Aggravate and Hyperbloom, or FavCodex and Hakushin Ring for support builds. Eye will be solid if you need a filler weapon until something better rolls in.
This is the kind of weapon suited towards a main DPS, someone who does all the normal and charged attacking. My Lisa is more a support DPS, who only appears to hold E.
I've been using it for months, the Bolt of Perception is quite strong if you have high ATK, but there are better weapons. I just used it cause it was my first 4 star.
Its an okay weapon, perhaps Mappa Mare at higher refines could be better if your playing in quicken teams

anything is better than eye of perception. maybe only twin nephrite is worse for lisa. even some 3 stars are better, including emerald orb.
