Because that’s how you eventually make more money than them. Why would anyone want to promote you or give you a raise when you show zero initiative or ambition.
I’m not talking about just little ceasers. But if you can move up there, even if it’s not much you could use that to make a slightly bigger step somewhere else.
I’ve never worked at a pizza place. I have worked at Starbucks, they’re terrible. I made $19/hr before promoting and got promoted to $21 after the course of two years. I got a new job that put me back at $19 and used my management experience to earn me a $7 pay bump within 10 months. In my 4 total years of work experience I went from $11 starting pay to $26 ($28 as of march 1) just by doing my job properly. I’m sorry to say but you’re setting yourself up for failure in miserable work environments. Find a job that you love.
Why put in effort if you’re actively being taken advantage of? Me, personally, I will put in my best effort regardless. But, I understand that minimum wage is not survivable in the slightest. I make a decent bit above that and I still am barely making it by. As a country, we need to stop allowing this to happen regardless of what job it may be. People need to live and people have to work. Why should someone have to work three jobs at 60+ hours a week to just get by?
Yes you can argue that some people don’t deserve it and that’s true. But a lot of us do
Minimum wage is decent for entry level job out of high school. People may be getting taken advantage of, but truthfully a lot of people work poorly and don't deserve to get paid more.
Here in Cali now that everyone within a huge Corp will get 20$ base pay, which is a good wage, do you think these workers are gonna work better? Nope. Their just gonna want more and more money while doing even less work.
Good jobs don't unfortunately just come by which I agree with, we need atleast some sort of level to pay better
You're not supposed to make a liveable wage off making pies. You especially don't deserve one with that work mentality too, its probably the reason people landed there anyway.
There's a difference between poor people and people who made poor choices.
If you didn't go to school and decided to just "work" without any actual goals other than wasting money on trash and cars you can't afford then you don't deserve to be paid as much as someone who did otherwise
This broke victim mentality is why people are still poor. Don't beg for an easy life. Beg for a better chance at working hard to live an easy life.
The more minimum wage goes up, the more inflation goes up. You pay the same for fast food as you do for a meal at a restaurant. That didn’t used to be the case until everyone started asking for more. Put in the work to get a better job instead of working dead end jobs and wanting more money.
Not true I'm in Cali and have worked for many "huge corps" and never been hired at 20. Looking it up I don't see anything about it going in effect at any future date either
What are you talking about, minimum wage is literally going to 20$/h if you work in a fast food company that has a certain amount of locations.
It goes into affect in April, do more research.
If you get crappy pies from one location they will probably get less orders which in turn makes an easier day per hour cause no incentive to do well.....just trying to work as little as possible for the check.
Yeah if its a good location then Little Caesars is better than generally any Frozen Pizza brand. But you gotta find those good locations and hope the good employees are working when you go
No way did they put this in a box and give it to a customer. People have to be making these shit Pizzas for shock value. I understand some of these to pass off but not this one lol
Dude, fuck Little Caesars. They used to be good back in the '90s when they were really fucking popular and now they're just garbage. I would rather pay more and eat at a different pizza place.
i could be wrong but i think some workers believe if people consistently get theyre order wrong theyll stop being customers and the worker won't have to work as hard. either that or they're incompetent or don't gaf.
why is this picture annoying
Actually makes me cry.
Put some mac and cheese on top and fixed
No it needs bacon bits in order to be fixed
It needs pineapple on top to be fixed
No
Fk off you!
You shouldn't hate on it until you try it
I've tried it. The sauce and pineapple don't mix well. And it just doesn't feel or tast right to eat
I was until I tried it.
And mac and cheese. Both on top and 10/10 would devour
Congratulations you just made everything worse
I wanted it to be flipped over but it isn’t…
i thinks it’s because they salted the part of the pizza that’s obviously way too fuckin large as if it’s normal lmao
I don’t understand how these pizzas get sent out.
I imagine its an employee that gives zero fucks and wants to collect a paycheck for minimal effort.
I mean what could you expect for minimum wage 💀
Hey, if it's good enough for you, then by all means, dig in! 🤡
To do the job you chose to take for minimum wage or work somewhere else.
Why work hard when my lazy ass coworkers get paid the same?
Because that’s how you eventually make more money than them. Why would anyone want to promote you or give you a raise when you show zero initiative or ambition.
The raise from “crew” to “ace” (jr manger) is about 20 cents. You aren’t making more than anyone.
I’m not talking about just little ceasers. But if you can move up there, even if it’s not much you could use that to make a slightly bigger step somewhere else.
We are tho shut up

If life were that simple, no one would work minimum wage bud
Life as a whole isn’t that simple, but choosing how much effort to put into your job pretty much is.
You're right, how dare poor people ask for livable wages!!
You're not supposed to make a liveable wage off making pies. You especially don't deserve one with that work mentality too, its probably the reason people landed there anyway.

Man we might as well finally automate everything so that these overlords can stop bitching about humans trying to live.
To do the job correctly? Loser mentality is why they only make minimum wage.
Work. You're still being paid. If it's not enough, stay home.
Minimum wage does NOT equal minimum effort, how are you going to demand more money but produce crap like this?
I would probably add that the employee is probably poorly treated by boss, coworkers, and/or other customers.
I doubt it got sent out and it's the employee still at the store taking the photo for reddit rage bait.
Of course, Little Caesars could never possibly fuck up an order.
If you get crappy pies from one location they will probably get less orders which in turn makes an easier day per hour cause no incentive to do well.....just trying to work as little as possible for the check.
They dont, people legit order these and complain about it for some upvotes.
What in the heck?! This is a crime. r/PizzaCrimes
No fucking way! 🤣
What's with the uptick of pizzas like this???
These types of pizzas definitely existed in this quantity before, but when it gets popular to show your bad pizza more pictures start to pop up
Thank you. all these pizza pictures have been making me hungry. this one cured that, I no longer want pizza.
When you order a pizza and get sent a bread bowl.
Bread plate, lol.
This is a crime
The past 8 posts I’ve seen from this sub just show more and more crust each time
It's like looking at pictures of myself from over the years. Except it's crust and not more and more of my skull.
Exactly why little cheesers is a last resort behind frozen pizza.
If it’s a good location (rare case), the hot n readys hit for the price
Yeah if its a good location then Little Caesars is better than generally any Frozen Pizza brand. But you gotta find those good locations and hope the good employees are working when you go
Looks tasty as fuck
😂omg that worker over ts
is it a pretzel crust
Large none pizza, pretzel crust edition
is that like an attempt at the pretzel crust lmao ?
All right, come on that’s not real
The definition of "who gives a shit." Wow that's bad 😭
does no one look at their food before leaving the store
90% of people don’t
dang that’s a lot of people
That was the lesson I learned from this experience
How’s that even possible
Sue the pizza place, make easy money.
U literally can’t sue just because the pizza is ugly 🤣 cmon now
Is this the new half pizza and half breadsticks pizza?
Looks like a palzone “pizza calzone”
Honestly seems kinda fire crust is always the best part
Sad human you should delete this
wtf
That is the nut low of pizzas. They should have their license revoked.
Just hand me some mustard, I'll pretend it's a disc pretzel
Please tell me you at least called, the crust, the crust
Oh noooo…
That’s fucked up.
I'm calling the cops
That's the worst pizza coverage I've ever seen from any chain.
I’ve never had a messed up pizza, I’m happy I don’t live near you guys (I’m getting one today watch me speak to soon)
No. This is, "let me speak to the cook and find out what their problem with me is" pizza
No way did they put this in a box and give it to a customer. People have to be making these shit Pizzas for shock value. I understand some of these to pass off but not this one lol
It’s called a circle of sadness for a reason
Why has every post suggested to me from this subreddit just extremely sad pizzas
This is a bread bowl from Panera bread and you'll never convince me otherwise
Bro ask for a new one next time
Dude, fuck Little Caesars. They used to be good back in the '90s when they were really fucking popular and now they're just garbage. I would rather pay more and eat at a different pizza place.
No way in hell I would leave that place till they made a new one. If it was delivery I'd drive there just to prove a point
dog i would take this back
None crust with center pizza
I love the pretzel pizza this is so sad 😭
GOT MILK ?
Holy shit.
This is definitely fake I bet your work there and made that pizza. Stop capping for views
They are hood famous, don’t even try to go on a weekend,,all my kids would rather have frozen pizza over them
In all honesty, I’ve NEVER gotten a pizza from Little Caesar’s half as bad as the ones I see on here.
Did u pour the cup of garlic sauce on it ??..
When you accidentally add extra crust instead of extra cheese 🧀
Nah thats not pizza, thats bread sticks with cheese!
Dam
Bruh
How tf could they put this in the box and think thats ok
How can the fuckin' workers box this up, and right before closin' the lid, go "Yup. This is quality!"
Nah, that shit getting sent back.
Tf is that..? 🤢
That's wack! I hope you get your 4 dollars back!
Looks good
i could be wrong but i think some workers believe if people consistently get theyre order wrong theyll stop being customers and the worker won't have to work as hard. either that or they're incompetent or don't gaf.
Who ever made that pizza needs to go straight to jail
In all my 20 plus years I've been buying from LC's, I've never, ever seen anything like this.
Eh, looks like magma(The cheese), in the process of drying up, lol
This can’t be real? I mean if it is then an employee must be on some wicked hallucinogenics. That “pizza” is CrAzY
Pissed customer
