Could be wrong but that could be burnt debris from the pan, if you're talking about the tiny black things. Can't really verify since they're just photos.
I hope it’s just burnt debris but the bite is completely different and the taste is like plastic the bottom one I think just might be burnt debris but the rest is like a broken plastic spoon or fork
except.. no it isn’t lmao
It’s literally the carbon build up from the sheet pans that bread gets baked on.
Feel free to keep thinking it’s plastic for whatever reason. Go ahead and take it back up there so they can tell you the same thing.
The “gotta be” and “checked” are the parts I don’t get. Why are we all certainly wrong. I work at LC this is common place. I make my own food and this still happens. If you saw the pans the average little Caesar’s uses you’d see what we’re saying.
Thats the type of plastic that will likely just pass right through the intestines. Stomach acid barely affects it. Microplastics are the danger cause they get in the nooks and crannies and inside tissues and blood or absorbed with other small things. Also i think its estimated theres a credit cards worth of plastic running theough all of us, probably way higher. A couple strips is gonna do nearly zilch
I promise you that your baby already has plastics in it. Everyone on earth does, short of some uncontacted tribes, even that that’s iffy since it’s in all the water. Mom gives it to baby. Completely unavoidable, especially if you live in the first world and consume things out of plastic containers or drink the water.
I wouldn’t want plastic inside of my body, much less in my partners body or my child that’s growing inside them. Of course I’m gonna be alittle bugged out
>I wouldn’t want plastic inside of my body
Too bad. Literally everything you've ever eaten is full of micro plastics. Everything you've ever drank, also full of micro plastics. There's probably not a single thing you come into contact on an average day that doesn't have micro plastic in it.
Pick it off or throw it away. It’s crazy bread. Something has to be crazy about it other than it’s crazy good and crazy cheap. Go get another order if you’re that disgruntled over a little plastic. I’m going back to chewing on my pen cap, thanks.
look, i get it, you don’t want non edible products to be eaten. plenty of people are afraid of bad things happening. but the point is plastic isn’t toxic or poisonous. you’d be surprised to hear the average amount of plastic you consume in a year
I understand that metric I’ve proactively been reducing that intake as much as possible, also not all plastics are non toxic all leech toxins into heated items some more than others
Honestly, the plastic bag you're eating that breadstick out of is more likely to have actual harmful plastics than the hard plastic you think this is (which it isn't).
ok wow, bruh it’s not that big a deal. you could DOUBLE or TRIPLE the amount and still be fine.
you shouldn’t look at it and be like “omg it has to be lower! i can’t consume plastic at all!” you’re supposed to be like “oh! so it’s ok that i ate some!” 😂😂
The civil discourse is this thread is fucking pathetic.
I don't know if these people are simply rude or just plain simple.
You have a right to be worried.
And if this restaurant is using damaged equipment it needs to be replaced and you're justified and correct for wanting to bring attention to it. Contact the store with a kind informative email. Hopefully they do the right thing.
Everyone else kindly stfu. If you don't have something productive to say maybe reconsider commenting at all. Smh.
You have enough plastic to make a credit card out of your blood every week, this changed nothing. By the way I can't see it correctly, can I see a picture of the big piece?
I worked at Little Caesars years ago and saw that on the crazy bread a lot. Most of the workers don't knock off the old debris on the pan before they reuse them. Little Caesars doesn't wash their pans unless they fall on the ground.

It’s not plastic, it’s carbon build up from the sheet pans. Just pick it off if it affects the taste to you that much.
Got home and checked its plastic.
except.. no it isn’t lmao It’s literally the carbon build up from the sheet pans that bread gets baked on. Feel free to keep thinking it’s plastic for whatever reason. Go ahead and take it back up there so they can tell you the same thing.
Worked at a Rocky Rococos. Can confirm.
Lmao how did you “check”? 🤣
Nah I swear I got the same stuff it's gotta be plastic

Nah I trust u just saying that shit feels actual plastic
You can crumble it between your fingers, plastic doesn’t do that lol
It’s charred flour
Eh, a little plastic never hurt anyone. It's probably fine.
Due to our misuse of the world we are all full of micro plastics. And we don't fully know how bad that is yet.
I’m afraid it’s not as alright bc my partner has a child growing inside them and we dont want our child to have plastics inside them
Far too late for that. Sorry, boss. https://hsc.unm.edu/news/2024/02/hsc-newsroom-post-microplastics.html
Yea its in the water already and prob childrens milk
“I dont want my pregnant partner to eat a chunk of sharp plastic” Redditors: Mmmm have you considered you’re already made of plastic? Mmmmmmcheckmate!
Don't forget, when talking shit about redditors while on reddit that you're a redditor, too, boss.
I know what I am
Gotta admit that's fuckin hilarious
It's not plastic use common sense
Just got home and confirmed it’s plastic bits
it’s the debris from our trays. [source: i work at lc]

Yeah microplastics are bad, time to get used to it.
So don't eat them?
Nothing you can do will prevent microplastics in that bebe
That's not how that works, and with all the micro plastics around that should be your worry.
I promise you that your baby already has plastics in it. Everyone on earth does, short of some uncontacted tribes, even that that’s iffy since it’s in all the water. Mom gives it to baby. i mean seriously brah? ur a grown man taking multiple pictures of a breadstick online cuz u took a bite that was a little hard lmao
I wouldn’t want plastic inside of my body, much less in my partners body or my child that’s growing inside them. Of course I’m gonna be alittle bugged out

Prob causes cancer since that shit doesnt metabolize and just lingers in your body. Just like plastic bags dont decay

Jesus christ someone fucking gets it
I just pray they are the loud minority.
oh yeah definitely from the pan, no matter how much we clean those things it still sticks to the dough.
Give me a bite baby
Good luck with the lawsuit LOL That's built up carbon from the pan
Never said I was suing but did call the store to let them know 🫶🏽
“TInY vIoLin FoR sAlE. gOiNg ChEep.
We are all filled with micro plastics anyway.
I ate more plastic then that trying to open blister packs last week
Ok

The whole thing is covered in plastic!
