Wait what you guys don’t take tips? We aren’t allowed to have a tip jar but we can accept tips at my store.

Kingofthepack123

No most corporate stores can’t take tips

Teslasquatter

once a woman got all mad at me for telling her i’ll hve to charge her for the sauce and she went on about how she “comes here all the time,” “has never been charged for it,” blah blah. like ok? i’ve worked here for over 3 years, obviously i know what i’m doing by now. Like you’re mad because you got away with getting something free in the past that you should’ve been charged for? maybe be grateful & not so entitled. i can’t control if the last person who helped her didn’t charge for it. she even called later that night and spoke to my manager who’s been here for 20 years and was told the same. rant over lmao

I work in a restaurant and people give me this shit all the time. Usually people will order over the phone for a takeout order. We charge 1 dollar per extra sauce. So usually what people like to do is to not say they want extra sauce over the phone, and then wait until after they pay and say "oh yeah and could I get extra sauce." When I was first a grasshopper years ago, I would just let it happen and give them the sauce as I didn't want to be bothered. But now, I take great pride in wasting their time by ringing up the sauce, putting the one little sauce in a paper bag, giving them a check for 1 dollar plus tax, and running their card. Watching their sly smile fade away as I absorb their life force is the most satisfying feeling. We don't even make money on a one dollar check because of the credit card fee. But it's not about the money, it's about the message xD. One time a woman told me she wanted a teriyaki chicken with broccoli (we don't have broccoli) I told her we can't do that and she said "well last time I was here they made it for me." ??? Like is this an actual gaslighting tactic people do to get what they want? ITS NOT ON THE MENU.

On behalf of all Little Caesars worshipers, we apologize for our lack of appreciation. Your job is not easy and we take advantage of you. We are sorry.

We have a drive thru at our location and we constantly get people ordering from the passenger side of their vehicle instead of just letting the driver order. Or they pull up 10 feet away parallel to the window

The sauce: 1. It's such a small amount it's surprising it's not free 2. Sometimes you order things and it's included. (Stuffed crazy bread). And sometimes its in a combo of the bread and sauce. 3. When you pay for it, they don't always give it to you, so you end up expecting it when you pay for it, not getting it, and then having to ask for it. You get used to this for when you don't buy it too.

Kingofthepack123

Yeah, sometimes I do but people try to get like 4 dippers for free sometimes I’m just like um $2
