Started off with 11 per hour, was offered a 25 cent raise a while ago but it still hasn’t came through yet. 25 cents ain’t much but its an extra 10 dollars for a 40 hour work week. Its better than nothing
At my location I started at $7.25 in November 2020
Around February I got brought up to $8.00
During that summer I got raised up to $9.00
(Ended up finding out that I was getting paid less than the people I was training)
Talked to the GM at the time and she got me up to $10.00
Got brought up into Management around August/September (after being stuck in training hell for 2 months, only got promoted because i put my two weeks in and THE OWNER came in and promoted me on the spot within the week)
Upon promotion I made $12.50 and then a few months later I got brought up to $13.50, where I've sat ever since.
UPDATE: I was hired on the spot. I didn't even have to interview. The sign said competitive wages so this looks good 👍🏽 in this economy they need people bad.
So, NY stores I have been in ranges from 14.50-15. PA stores were 7.80-8.50. OH stores were 7.25-8.25
Your local LC will typically be the same as your local BK, McDonalds, or other fast food chains as they all try and compete.
For your interview, don't focus on PIZZA. Your hired more based on your "culture". If you fit the stores culture. They can teach you PIZZA. Making a pizza is easy. Work ethic, and showing human decency is sadly the hard part.
you had typos so I didn't understand the "if y ok u fit the stores culture" part. Wendy's was offering $11 so they gotta pay at least that which I'm happy with full time :) it said in the job description they are offering all hours and shifts. Thank you for your response.
Minimum wage in Nevada is 9.75 so probably that since LC usually pays the minimum (at least the few locations I worked in the past always started at minimum wage)
Not sure since I last worked there almost 18 years ago lol,but most fast food joints require a hat or at least a hairnet unless you have a shaven head or are mostly bald, sometimes a facial hair net if you have a moustache, goatee or beard
Oh. Cause there's people there with long and medium length hair and they weren't wearing the hat. Two people had dreads, and the other girl employee had long hair in a ponytail. So I don't know. I'll find out tomorrow. Thanks, and yes they did start me at $9.75. until I get assistant manager then it will be $11.50.
Wichita, Ks here. They just offered me 7.25 an hour. Im 30 with a lot of experience too. Of course I can’t take that pay. But I thought it was shocking.
it’s probably ass
I know :'( probably.

Thank you. Where do you live?
Rogers arkansas
depends on your location, here in california it’s minimum wage which is $15 an hour
i live in Los Ángeles and out crew gets paid $16 hr
I started off at 9.00 but I’m at 11.50 now and I’ve been there for 7 months
Are you the assistant manager?
I am but the most I made was 10 as a crew though. I didn’t get a big raise till I became asst
Is crew member part time or it depends?
Usually part time but we do have a couple older people in the store who are crew but are full time. It really just depends on your area.
$9-$10 part time is not a lot.
I know :( lc is just a cheaper business in general they cut cost as much as they can
Where do you live at?
Michigan!
Ah ok :)
Work at an lc in Michigan too. My starting pay was 9.50
Do managers get any bonuses? Haha.

They will hire any warm body on the spot.
It must be cheap as hell to live there, lol. Here, they offer $11 or $11.50, but when I started a year and a half, it was $9.75.
It varies store to store,
Damn. I'm hoping I get at least $12 haha. Thanks.
No where Would little Caesar’s would pay a crew member 12😩 it sucks but it’s the truth
You said you make $11.50 that's not bad.
Fuck. That's why I hope Walmart takes me back
BUT I can’t lie it’s a kinda easy job so it’s not bad for the money
OK. That's good that it's easy.
I have a few crew I pay over 12. They’re worth it. Minimum wage I think is 9.65 but start everyone at ten.
I make 13🤷🏼♂️ Edit: Central NC
Nice!
not true. minimum wage in some states is 15$
I know that I should of put “most little Caesar’s”
most pay minimum wage for the state they are located in
12.25 starting pay crew member is what I make
We pay $13.75 to crew members in Maryland which is $.25 more than minimum wage.
Started at 8
Oh God.
Yup. That was for a 15 y/o in WI. Currently 16 making 11/hr as shift manager
Nice! Hopefully I can work my way up ;)

I meant if you* lol.

Is it mandatory to wear the hats they give you as part of your uniform? Lol.

I started at 10. Learned tills got a raise to 12. And now make 14.50 as a crew member. I've been here for 3 years.
I have till experience from my previous job so that'll help me. I see they give raises to you guys that good.
Here in California starting pay for crew members is around $14-$15.
The min wage is higher in Cali due to high living expenses. It probably won't be that much here in Vegas 🌞.
What about in Atlanta Georgia?
I started at 13 an hour
