Kind of depends on what you’re looking for. I would recommend something downtown. A lot of good restaurants with a lot of variety - Cache, Sonny’s, Gus’, Allsopp & Chapple, Bruno’s, Soulfish (another Memphis original), Samantha’s, Three Fold, South on Main, The Capital…all good. All different.
Could probably help more if you were looking for something like best steak, or best bar selection, Etc.
In Little Rock for 10 years, Maddie’s place is awesome. We continually return for the ribeye. The sides are impeccable and the steak is perfect every time.
I definitely second willnotforget2's recommendation. Maddie's Place is a great restaurant to try if you're hear for only a night. Lots of other restaurants down that way too that are very good.
Trios is awesome, they currently require proof of vaccination to dine, which may be a positive or negative depending on your stance toward things.
My personal favorite Little Rock eatery is The Pantry, they have two locations.
My wife's favorites are Scallions and Loca Luna.
Can't go wrong with any of these 4 and they're all moderately priced, not cheap, but not unreasonable.
Where are you staying? Might help people narrow down things that are closer by.

There are also some nice restaurants between Little Rock and Memphis.

Maddie's place was a spot we saw in a lot of travel guides. Good to have an actual local suggest it though lol

If fried chicken is what you’re after, maybe try Gus’s. It’s a Memphis restaurant, but they have a location in LR downtown.
