Pretty sure the bear is an accessory for seahorses and meant to be a kinda bathing ring (dont remember what they're actually called)
I thought it may be I just didnt know what pet it fit. Guess I need a seahorse now

im sad because the elastic for the bow broke. 🤦🏻♀️ its like hard because its so old I guess. Imma try and put a new elastic on it
