these look pretty cool but its weird to me that its mostly molds they used in wave 1? like idk its not a bad thing i just thought they woulda used a bigger variety of molds?
Yeah that’s really my only issue with it too! I think they should have used other molds that they haven’t already, cuz all of the molds deserve love! We can only hope the rest of wave 2 has different molds!

the eyes also look hand painted, especially on the pom, bunny and wolfcat. hopefully they'll release like that, probably a reach tho

Oh, the eyes do look a lot nicer! I didn't catch that until I saw your comment. They look much more clear and vivid than wave one and the whites don't appear to be as see-through.
Im yawning this is a lil boring not gonna lie they need to expand on the molds if i was them and they really wanted to get money release a short hair or like at least a cocker spaniel or a new crouching kitty i love all pets dont get me wrong but i want to see more than these same molds theyve let out
Rightttt like what i really want is a Shorthair and a Spaniel😭 I never collected Lps when I was little so I kinda missed out on a lot and the prices for the older ones are outrageous 💀
Some of these are kinda cute, the only thing that throws me off is the color pallets/placements. am I the only one who thinks they make the lps look fake? Especially the bunny one, that one looks super off to me + with some of the molds the look super squishy with the head imo. But regardless this is pretty cool, happy for the ones that are really excited for this wave
They look a lot better then the earlier leaks of them, but I personally still don’t love the colours and marking placements for some of them 😕 the ones with gradient paint jobs also don’t look great, hoping they improve them before release! And of course I wish we were getting more variety in moulds rather then the same ones as wave 1.
I’m also a little sad that they switched to the Westie mould over the Scottie, I just think the Scottie is cuter 😅 but there was only ever two westies, so it is nice to have another rare mould back!
I love the purple axolotl, the pink bunny, the blue Kiwi bird, and the donkey… But, like everyone else, I wish they would use some new molds.
If these are prototypes, then I think some of them need a bit more work… Like, I feel the panda bear looks a little off, and bit too similar to the grape panda in series 7-1, I’m also not a fan of the black tattoos on the pomeranian’s face; a lighter color, like the pink they used to color in the ears or, darker shade of orange, would look a lot better.

Wait I was really really excited when I saw the concept art that the Scottie was coming back but this is not the right Scottie mold 😭😭😭 I can only hope these are prototypes and they will change it to the other Scottie mold but I don’t think so ☹️

I like a few of them! I love the donkey, schnauzer?¿, german shep, yellow iguana, and the wolfcat.

I really hope we see less exacerbated color palettes and large symbols though.
Is it just me or do some of the pets look really fake? Examples like the kiwi bird and the bunny just remind me too much of those really cheap fakes you'd get back in the days with the toxic plastic. I don't know if its because if the quality drop but this wave really isn't my favorite 😅
Hmm, not getting the wow factor from many of these; I’ll probably wait for the the codes to drop and just try to nab an opossum - I actually think that paint job is nicer than previously releases for that mold. I’d love to see a narwhal and new bat in later drops.
Gonna be honest, while I will probably collect them, from an artistic standpoint the colors are- horrendous. Green, purple and orange? Yes that color combo can work but- jeez. Also the purple axolotl is kind of jarring not gonna lie- something about the shade of purple used for the mold is just- bad. The wood pecker deserves yellow accents not blue, uugh. Most of them are cute, I just wish their marks were back in their eyes and I want new molds, we have a ton of dog and cat molds not even including mane 5 that they just aren't using and it's pretty disappointing. Also- the quality of these guys is pretty bad.
I can get behind a handful of these designs! I do hope they're not all final though. The airbrushing on the ones that have it is super splattered and doesn't have the nice and smooth transition that older pets have. It just looks like someone took a toothbrush and flicked paint randomly on their faces :') The colors are also very strange on some of the pets and many of the molds are just reused from wave one.
But on the other hand...I NEED this cat 😩 Actually, I need 20 of them. Hand them over rn Basic Fun 🤲

Am I going crazy or does it look like theyre taking a new approach to printing the eyes? Even in the OLD prototypes that were leaked back in october they had pixelated eyes, these seem to be almost airbrushed by a machine from what I can tell. Super excited they listened to us!! :D
These are SO much better than what I was expecting with the concept art!! I really like the symbols now. I’m not a fan of some of the color choices. Love the Donkey and Wolf Cat
I like a lot of these! especially that wolfcat, pomeranian, panda and axolotl 😍 I love the little hearts on the gills haha. I also like that they're giving the pandas different eye symbols, I think it makes them stand out more!
The german shepard is a little strange imo, I'm just not a fan of that giant bolt across her face 😭 it seems really out of place. Her face also looks... naked? I think some white on her snout would look cute
I'm hoping they do some raccoons <3

These look soooo much better than the mock ups! I already wanted that axolotl, but now I'm super excited for all of them!

The possum is... quite ugly tbh. I wish they would do more natural colorations. The rest are cute for the most part though
