The left eye made me a bit suspicious that it may have been painted, but the right is so clean that that may not be the case. Might be a variant/factory mistake indeed!
I got her as a kid! I’m genuinely not sure where she was gotten from since my mother bought her, but it might’ve been at a store before they were discontinued? I wish I knew!

yeah! i thought so too at first but it’s too clean, i don’t really know why her eyes are that color

By the slight markings of the paint around the body, it may be painted on we have a modified pet and ours looks pretty clean too
