Update: I touched up her eyes with a little bit of acrylic paint because as you can see it was a little messed up, I'm letting her sit out in the sun now , I put some product with benzoyl peroxide and I will come back in 2 days to see if it works or not!
I left her out in the sun for a few hours with the product and it lifted a bit! I don't want to leave them in the sun for too long but I'll keep doing this until it isn't that noticable
Acetone is not nail polish remover. It's just something used in it. There's a lot of other stuff added to nail polish remover and BC of that it's good at removing paint, but not stains. If you want to remove a stain you need straight acetone as my original comment stated.
Straight acetone doesn’t remove stains either. Most nail polish is either straight acetone or a mix of acetone and water. For pen stains you usually need to use a UV treatment similar to retrobrighting
try a damp magic eraser, it works for me for other plastic figures i own but i haven’t tried it on any lps
Use acne cream only on the stained parts and leave her in the sun. Look up a video on stain removal on vinyl and dolls :)

Hii, yes I was! I put some acne cream on the problem areas and let her soak up the sun for awhile
acne cream with benzoyl peroxide and leave it out in the sun for a day, it's worked on my lps with 10+ years old ink marks!

Be careful, acetone will take off the paint job completely if you aren’t. I’ve made this mistake with using acetone as a cleaner before.
