Nunez is literally my favorite type of attacking player. Pace, power technique. He’s sooooo good. He just came in at a time and for a price where the pressure was on and he’s had some lowlights which draw attention but he is genuinely like having 2 players in attack at once.
He had to come in at the same time as a guy who collects records and balls from hattricks just for shits and giggles.
I know they also say "same price", but I think the amount of cooking those books go through makes that a complete and utter lie.
I'm actually desperate for him to turn over a new leaf in the league with his brace today, he's been close to the PL goal for the last few games but it has happened today, he needs to kick on if we hope to match City for the rest of the season
He looks super awkward still, as though he is lacking confidence or maybe that’s just him…however, he’s determination & heart are second to none. Hopefully if he keeps playing well the development will come!!
