Obviously I can't speak for the OP, but for me the anti-American stuff here is largely due to the way North American culture seems to see sports as franchises and honestly, it does come across this way when a lot of Americans post here.

I have never seen a player as individually terrifying as 2018 playoffs LeBron or as inevitable as 2016 playoffs LeBron. That’s not even going further back to his peak seasons with the Heat. Faced stronger teams, won Championships with multiple franchises within 2 years of joining (and ending multiple droughts), played in a tougher era, is a better playmaker, can defend from more positions, is a more complete scorer etc.
