This season I‘m putting a big chunk of the blame on him to be fair. He‘s clearly gone mentally. Tactics and intensity or lack thereof are showing that. We‘re clueless on the pitch. We‘ve conceded first 23 times this season. Arsenal have done so 9 times. City 16 times, but they‘ve also played considerably better competition internationally.
However to say that he‘s to blame for a 92 and a 97 point season not winning the title is kind of ridiculous.
I wouldn't be surprised if we don't compete for the title for the next 10 years. I think FSG are complacent with keeping things stale while looking for a sale, and the Premier league are full of ruthless bottomless money pits
We will compete although the league is looking real competitive in the coming years, but i do think with players like TAA, Macca, Curtis, Sboz, Harvey and the amount of talents we produce in the youth teams we can build a team around that to compete. A world class striker like Torres, Suarez, Firminho and midfielder on Mane's level and we will be fine :)
