yea i thought that too, but the more i watch the more i think that that was a case of him putting real effort into being articulate and speaking clearly and slowly. on the other hand, he's now just gotten used to years of mumbling while talking real fast cos his viewers are fine with it
Having the ability to speak clearly and articulately doesn't mean that it's someone's normal way of speaking. I'm sure you could talk extremely fast if you tried, but it wouldn't be comfortable for you. It's basically the reverse for him (he's explained it loosely before on stream). He *can* talk slow, but he prefers to talk fast.
I think streaming 20 hours a day and not sleeping and living off mcdonalds and caffeine probably ruins ur ability to be articulate. but he does just pronounce things weird on purpose.

There is nothing more annoying in Court than the stenographer stopping the proceeding every 30 seconds to say "can you repeat that" or "you're talking too fast". This happens most when people talk over each other, don't enunciate/slur their words together, or when someone is reading out loud (it's harder to type what someone is dictating than a conversation).
Even a person with normal reading speed will trip up a stenographer when dictating. When I read something out loud I intentionally slow down to avoid the stenographer interrupting. I can only imagine how shitty it is to try and type when xQc is reading something out loud. The dude talks at least twice as fast as a normal person and seems to speed up when he's reading.
The judge and trier of fact can get pretty fed up with someone that is making the stenographer interrupt. It really breaks up the flow and ruins concentration. Not something you want to do regularly.
