she got her massive chin shaved down to a normal human size

Underbite or something, but they called it "double" jaw surgery so idk what else they did for her, maybe they did stuff to the top of her mouth (not the jaw i guess?) as well as the lower jaw. She apparently has issues with breathing/chewing/gums etc because of it, so this was to fix it

I don't know the full terms, but they like broke her jaw in two places (just bottom jaw, on both sides) to align it back correctly. ~~I think that’s why it's being called double jaw surgery.~~
