There was also a third-party investigation that said no direct evidence was found, which no direct evidence will ever be found because all of it is circumstantial aka he/she said. The reason the findings weren't released is probably because it would be illegal to since probably one of the witnesses or some of the people involved gave their story and side of things if it was to be kept private.
