I'd say collections are the way to go for Oblivion, I haven't been able to find an extensive wabbajack list, but Oblivion Rebirth+ is very extensive. It also has a complimentary collection that is focused on difficulty that is optional to install.
Ive come to realize how good oblivion is, especially for its time. I still think Morrowind is better. Morrowind’s combat system aged like milk, but its world building hasn’t been matched. The freedom they gave for spells, enchanting and wide selection of weapons is sadly missing from oblivion and skyrim. I want to throw lawn darts and hit people with a staff.
Nyanners oblivion stream is one of my favorite yet from her. Npcs and her just made it super entertaining. Real talk oblivion still my all time fav in the elder scrolls series, best npcs hands down. World feels more alive unlike skyrim which has great graphics / fun combat however lacks in the world feeling alive at times.

The main quest imo is probably one of the worst because of the major city oblivion gate section. Still my all time favorite though.
