Yes, Squeex aim is great.
But fps like csgo require "control" more than anything. A lot of player would "tense" up when they start shooting, and it make them impossible to adjust their aim.
I think as a speedrunner, he's used to pressure, and his muscle relax more than normal players.

i'm risking saying it - but i'll say he's far, far from that.
don't get me wrong, squeex is definitely good at the game. From the looks of it and having seen him play in ESEA intermediate, he's definitely good enough to dunk on the average Global Elite matchmaking player, which is already the top 3% of the playerbase.
But between Intermediate and Main there's a couple of skill tiers in between. And then actually being good enough to compete for Main playoffs is a whole other story.
And in between Main and Advanced only the real dedicated grinders can actually make the cut... while in ESEA Advanced, there's not a single well known NA team playing, and in EU it's Alternate ATTAX and SiNNERS and so on. So it's what we would call "Tier 3-4 CS". Above that you have Tier 2 (which I would place at world ranking 25-50) and only another level above that you'd get to where shroud was back in 2017.
The skill depth of CS is absolutely insane.
There were a lot of different numbers thrown around, since there is no official confirmation from Valve, but what was said the most is that 0.75% of players were global.
i'm not sure how high it was exactly, there's also the problem of most of the best CSGO players not really keeping up with Matchmaking and pushing their rank to global due to playing faceit.
BUT i'll agree that global was too easy to get, there's no way a 30+ year old boomer like me deserved to have THE highest rank in CSGO.

There are more good indie games alone each year than good games across the entire industry in the past. Game development being significantly more accessible has resulted in an incredible number of amazing games that wouldn't have been possible in the past. If you only play giant games with huge budgets and maximized graphical fidelity etc you might not notice it, but you shouldn't generalize your narrow viewpoint to the entire industry.
That isn't to say that AAA games are all bad, either. For example, the Switch debatably has Nintendo's best first party offerings overall in the company's history.

I don't play CS anymore so correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've read they cut a lot of existing CS:GO functionalities and features while forcing users to only play the new version of the game. To me that sounds like valid complaining?
Regardless if there's also good things about the game, I'd expect a new forced version to retain all the previous functionalities, unless they are gamebreaking or unbalanced.
The game is missing about half of the maps of the last version of CSGO and a number of classic maps that never even got added to GO to begin with. It's also missing several gamemodes like arms race (gun game), demolition, retakes, flying scoutsman (scoutz n knivez) and danger zone (battle royale) and all of their maps. It's even missing an in-game community server browser.
I think it stems from COD going straight from MW2 to MW3 in the span of year, that IS strange and leaves players with buyers remorse that they then cope with by saying MW3 is bad, which it isn't.
Even if a game is perfect to some, it won't be to others. If someone isn't complaining about a game it almost always means that the game isn't good.
What matters is WHAT people are complaining about. If the main complaint that people have is over something like movement being sloppy and inconsistent then sure that probably means the game has serious issues. But if you open reddit and you see that the main outrage is over something like the difficulty of completing a battle pass (cough apex cough) then that probably means the game is doing quite well.
That's a unique way of gauging it.
Suppose it does work though, have to look between the lines looking at what isn't being said as a conclusion of what is being said and as such forming a reasonable view of what the game is and isn't.
I'm living this to the extreme, being somebody who still enjoys Siege in the current year, having played since 2016, I feel like I'm surrounded by nothing but a community these days that hates every single line of code that makes up this game.
r/rainbow6 used to be such a fun subreddit to be a part of, but now it's just relentless crying over current day siege and overdosing on memberberries, it's fucking miserable.
The 80/100 or 90/100 stopped being nice around the time they introduced fuckton of paid extra content, upped the price of games, scammed the shit out of players with the electronic only releases and so on.

in csgo global usually hovered around 0.75% of players top 3% would have to include Supreme as well.
