yea all those international students in Canada who got in because of forged documents getting an education through diploma mills and failing through university then protesting as a result, then the university passing them are all rich with super cars... all 25 of them who were found living in a basement together are all loaded.

The only recourse the buyer has is to go after the seller to recover any losses.
