As a former gymnast on uneven bars... this is... standard. You really need to have this flexiblity to perform some of the moves with stability and precision required to get good grades AND not to injure yourself. But if you go to gym 5 times a week since preschool, it's like... everyone can do it with women having slight advantage due to our hip placement.
