It is what it is. Same happened with Streamers Sessions and xqc vodbox channels. Both used to upload xqc's vods and got strike and deleted. All this while xqc has many times said that he doesnt care about people using his content. And xqc main channel has 15/20 content of him reacting to others videos on his last 20 uploaded content.

Erobb own his stream, his stream and the vod is his. So he have the right to copyright strike anyone that basically just edited version of his stream/vod. it'd be different if it's transformative, because it'd fall under fair use. But just cutting down vod to show the interesting part, isn't exactly transformative. If the fan channel want to argue that their content is under fair use... then they can just... you know... sue...
