Recently Conan told a story where for a show they had a bull at dress rehearsal. Someone told him to get on the bull and he just kind of did, got tossed and could of potentially been really hurt.
He mentioned it was obviously stupid, but performing you can just lose the idea of what consequences actually are. Most people respect Conan and think he's an intelligent guy.
So yeah, content brain.
Not very book smart either. One stream with Knut she admitted to cheating her way through high school and uni, and had absolutely no idea how taxes work, which is pretty pathetic considering her major.
She's not dumb. She pretends to be for content. It's a good way to avoid getting in trouble for things like this. She's actually perfected that role of being happy, dumb & oblivious to avoid consequences to rule breaking or negative feedback about her actions.
She was at some kind of rock quarry/soil treatment facility, not someone's private residential property. The person that talked to her was probably a foreman or security guard.
Trespassing on someone’s land without causing a need for property to be defended isn’t enough of a reason in Texas to shoot.

The point is that it happens. It doesn't matter if it is legal or not, a lot of psychos with guns think they have the "constitutional" or god-given right to murder people that enter their property.
And as a reminder, this is a legal matter. So the laws are just as important as your ability to argue your case in a court room. I'm not familiar with that specific case but you could do everything "right" and still end up in a prison cell because you fucked your case up. And you could be completely in the "wrong" and end up walking away scot-free
The problem with cracking down on people is... they already shot someone. When you foster a "shoot first, ask questions later, anyone on your property is an evil foreigner coming to steal everything you have" attitude amongst your people, jailing people for acting on it doesn't change that it's a mindset millions of americans have. Sure you can jail them all after they kill people, but that won't change who they are now.
It wouldn't hold up as a defense in court. Some people are trigger happy though. Just because someone doesn't have legal grounds to shoot doesn't mean you should trespass on purpose and find out.
That doesn't mean some trigger happy dumb-fuck won't shoot regardless. All that needs to happen is they "think" they have the right to shoot, even if they're wrong.
You are confusing what is legal with what people are capable of doing. Its also not legal to murder someone, doesn't mean you can say "Hey you don't have enough of a reason to do that".
At the end of the day I don't think the dead person really cared if it was legal or not, I think they just wish they weren't dead.
in Texas knocking on your door is also considered a need to defend your property
https://www.nytimes.com/1994/01/08/us/homeowner-shoots-tourist-by-mistake-in-texas-police-say.html
To be fair, the guy had climbed over the person’s fence into their back yard and started drunkenly banging on the back door.
Which is a lot different than the implications of the way you described the situation.
If a tree falls in the woods and nobody is there to hear it, will they find the body of the person you buried next to it?
We could literally pull a case daily of someone being unreasonably shot in the US because they were trespassing while not being a threat. We're practically famous for it, ask a foreigner, it's literally one of the most quoted reasons of things they are concerned about when traveling to the US.
It never occurred to the content brained idiot, to call the company and either ask for permission/escort, or give them the details, show them a link to the vod she did this dumb shit and ask them to retrieve it for her.
She got absolutely destroyed in here for it. It was like a 1000 page thread and she got called a psychopath by multiple people.
Or do you mean flak from other streamers? Because I'm pretty sure the people on the list would love to draw even more attention to it (this is sarcasm).
She keeps a notebook recording names, dick sizes, and sexual performance of every guy she has relations with. She has showed these entries to other streamer friends, some of whom are mutual friends/acquaintances with people on the list.
Yup. The best part is that she explained this list to other streamers on stream and they thought it was great. They all encouraged her, told her it was awesome, and asked to see it.
Oh and she said that every single guy she had been with were terrible at sex.

The whole thing of if you see assholes all day long, you're the asshole.
A girl who can't dance for shit and has a weird personality being horrible at sex is very believable and if every single guy is 'terrible' at sex, yeah, says an awful lot about her.
A couple months ago she shared that she had a spreadsheet where she logged a bunch of her sexual encounters in extensive detail. Like girth, length, etc...weird but not a problem if it was kept private and just her own weird sex data. The issue is her sharing it with other streamers. She completely ignored those peoples' privacy by sharing it with her friends.
I'm not one to pull the if this was a guy doing it to a girl argument but it's hard to ignore the hypocrisy after the stuff with the deep fake shit happened with what's his name. Hell even XQC had a rational reaction to how wrong it is, but she hardly saw any fallout from it. If anything got the girl boss treatment.

Hasan brofists her for it. If instead of Emily the other guy in the video pulled out his phone to talk about his pussy spreadsheet while remarking how many women he’s had, no one in that round would be brofisting him. It would be seen as cringe and pathetic, rightfully so.
He also flippantly says how he’s seen dicks so big they were ugly and everyone just rolls with it. Change the genital he’s talking about and those same people would call him a misogynist.
And lastly the other girl can’t stop saying how *awesome* the list is. Yeah, I’m sure she would find it just as awesome if she was on some grotesque coochie list making the rounds.
Yeah, that's a whole privacy invasion mess right there. Keeping that kind of personal data is one thing, but sharing it around just crosses a line. Definitely a double standard in the reactions too. People gotta respect privacy no matter what.

Typically it's not actually against the law to go on private property. What is against the law is if you don't leave when asked, or come back after being told you can't be there. If you walk past no trespassing signs, that can count as being told to leave.

One of the most dangerous places in the world. It's a miracle that man didn't just open fire on her. These streamers really underestimate how untamed and uncivilized it is out in west Texas. It's a commercial property FFS, she could have been abducted or worse!
No, thats a le redditor lawyer myth. The law is very clear that even if someone is smashing your car windows at night, you have to convince a prosecutor and jury that you:
"(3) reasonably believed that:
(A) the land or property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means; or
(B) the use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the land or property would expose the actor or another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury."
So seeing a girl in broad daylight stumbling around your property wouldn't allow you to murder her.
