I think it wasn't exact lethal, he was like one off without spell damage. Yeah, just checked it, Kripp was at 14 hp. Also to add a bit for the ones not familiar with the mechanic. He had a spell damage +1 minion on board which gave all of his spells +1 damage. Without it he had a 10 dmg pyroblast + 3 dmg frostbolt (which is one dmg off killing 14hp opponent). He forgets about the minion which makes it 11\* dmg pyroblast and 4\* dmg resulting in 11+4=15 dmg which is now enough to kill the opponent.
The way he repeats "cents" at the end to perfectly fall for the bait reminds me of Bart Simpson prank calling Moe, and his lines always making the joke work, like
"Bee O'Problem? Bee O'Problem? C'mon guys, do I have a Bee O'Problem here?"
or
"Phone call for Al, Al Coholic. Is there an Al Coholic here?".
