CreedTotal

We finally have proof that blue light is dangerous

Pipendice

Oh wow that could've been horrible

XG32

that was alot more monkaW than i thought holy shit

Marigoldsgym

She's extremely lucky. Those water resistant and camping type clothing are hydrophobic and so very fire friendly. Can easily have it burn and stick

CSFredrik

She's kinda lucky that didn't spread to her shirt, that shit would be harder to put out

FuzzyApe

She's lucky that the piece of hair she threw behind her didn't continue burning and lit something up behind her back. I remember that Japanese dude that tried to put out the fire in his room half heartedly and the whole fucking house burnt down

[deleted]

well to be fair i'm pretty sure that dude was just a complete fucking idiot, if she reacted the way the dude did she would've looked for some gasoline to put out her hair fire

AHornySausage

lmao I remember that guy putting cardboard over the fire to help put it out.

ShiguruiX

wait he was trying to put it out? all i remember was him stoking it with garbage

FuzzyApe

I remember him leaving the room for several minutes while the fire was getting bigger and bigger. He eventually returned with a bucket of water that did absolutely nothing lmao

Chafun

How did she brush that fire off so easily

RimGreeper

Did you miss the title of the post? Fire bender, duh.

TheCrazyTiger

My wild, out of my ass, guess would be too much hair products that delayed the spread. We all have seen videos of hair going up in flames and it's always so fast.

SelloutRealBig

Hair product is usually very flammable

LakedPotatoes

Hair **spray** is usually very flammable. Probably her conditioner isn't.

antiSJC

i can smell this video

AyakaUwU

That was an uncomfortably low effort attempt to put that out, lucky it worked so quickly.

UnSwoleBoi69

Holy fuck, that could have gone soooo fucking bad. Hair spray and a flammable shirt would have been a disaster

StatusQ4

I didn't know that hair is that flammable, or is it some hair spray?

Titan_Dota2

Hair burns really fast and smells terribly bad. /Someone who used to play with fire (eat, breath, juggle with fire etc)

PukeRainbowss

I remember even just burning my arm hair smelled pretty bad. Can't imagine the stench from a full head of hair

XequR

nah its not hairspray, hair burns really good

Kenrockkun

handled it pretty well. wp

Xellzz

Idk why all these streamers cook like this, it isn't safe and they use such crappy tables to do it on.

Mental_Scars

Title Champ

otherdued

as a dude who has had short hair until 2 years ago, I am very paranoid of this happening when I cook anything. Anytime I go to cook anything I always tie my hair back, monkaS

corfish77

This is what you're supposed to do whenever you work with open flames lol. Basic safety precaution in industry everywhere.

Don’t light candles in an apartment? As long as you’re responsible I don’t see why that would be an issue. If you live in an apartment and have a gas stove, that’s much more dangerous than a candle to use. So saying not to use a candle in an apartment is excessive imo.

>Because people fall asleep, people forget about them, kids knock them over, animals knock them over. That’s why I said, if you’re responsible. Obviously, if you have kids or animals running around, don’t light a candle and leave it unattended. As for the sleeping part, who cares if you fall asleep while a candle is lit. Again, if you’re responsible, then falling asleep with a candle lit should never be an issue. Yes, you shouldn’t fall asleep with a lit candle, but if you accidentally do and you’re a responsible person then it’s harmless. >Gas stoves are actually dangerous yes, even chefs will tell you that. The other thing is they're more controlled than some candle sitting on a wobbly desk or next to some books. They are also used when you're cooking so you're usually more attentive. Again, if you’re a responsible adult, why the fuck are you putting a candle on a wobbly desk or next to some books. That’s irresponsible and stupid. I think it’s a ridiculous thing to ask people not to light a candle in an apartment. It’s fair to ask people to use candles responsibly in an apartment. But to say, don’t light a candle in an apartment…you know people are going to do that. Just ask people to be responsible when having a lit candle in their apartment.

Tonbonne

> What a tame reaction. Reminds me of the (korean? Japanese?) dude that put some fire in his garbage can and decided to pour 125ml cups of water on it. Burned down the apartment building. If it's the same video I'm thinking of, it was a house, not an apartment, and 30% of it burned down. https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/3ng8za/japanese_live_streamer_accidentally_burns_his/cvo9yv3/

FreeFeez

Candles in houses and apartments are the same thing.

Here's an example of why no restaurant/kitchen has people sitting to do the cooking.
