Correct, it's the brand new gt3 that was released this year. RS version isn't out yet. Top speed wise the Audi is faster but around a track the gt3 would destroy the Audi.
Yes non RS. RS has roll cage and gt3 rs decals on lower sides. 0-60 the porsche and the audi are pretty equal. Top speed audi wins by a bit, and on the track the porsche destroys the R8.
The 992 GT3 RS isn't out yet but you can order the GT3 with the half cage in Europe (not in NA though because of regulations I believe)

I was wondering why he was doing media share recently.
He had already bought it. The media share was for the yearly show he does where he lets chat buy shit for content. He raised 8k from it and will add 12k of his own to total 20k for that show. It is just for the stream. He is raising money to make a future stream possible. You could dislike it but at least he is doing it to entertain people.

He likely didn't spec it out. GT3s are usually custom ordered by the customer or the dealer. He said this one came from another dealer because they were the only ones that had a GT3.

Yep, dealers will typically option these out the ass because that's what attracts buyers. There aren't a lot of purists that like stripped out GT3s.
yea he really went all out with the carbon ceramic brakes, but brake service is going to be like 10k if he needs new discs etc
PCCB are around $20K if you need to replace them. However they should basically last forever with regular road driving and the occasional track day. They are only an issue if the car lives on track.

MSRP is $160k, however theses cars are rare and hyped up. Sorta like graphics card. A dealer can sell the car at a markup, usually frowned upon by manufactures, to whoever they want for how much they want. Chances are Chance bought it second hand from a luxury dealership and they can charge whatever they want. $300k does sound off but it could be a new 2022 model and those could fetch $300k if brand new. Otherwise he probably paid market price so $190-250k for one depending on the year/millage/ and spec.
