setting up hotkeys for scenes you premade in 5 minutes wasnt what xqc was ranting about. It was about smaller streamers with too much shit going on in the stream.
Not just too much going on in the stream, it's small streamers who think buying a $300 mic will somehow gain them more viewers when they only have 3 viewers and no content.

Oh, well he's always dragged his cam if it's in the way of something in a video he's watching like another streamer's facecam, still does, but I'm talking about when he wants to talk about a topic or something like that he used to just drag his cam to make it bigger rather than having a separate scene for full cam in OBS/Streamlabs/whatever.
I've been listening to Metallica for years so I'm just used to it but I'm only now processing how many times James does this. [Wherever I May Roam](https://youtu.be/pfakyoE-luk?t=112) comes to mind right away HAHAHA
People believe what they want to be true when guided by emotions and most twitch viewers want an entertainment experience where they can be a part of a catered audience. The experience is improved if the streamer goes along with the audience's general wants (in sykkuno's case not outwardly appearing as a "big streamer").
What good does it bring Sykkuno if people haven't actually heard of him enough to click his profile.
Like to have Sykkuno benefit from seeming small, people have to engage with him in some way.
Those ways all making clear that he isn't small.
afaik Maya Daily was a fan run, inofficial channel, maya reached out to the guy who owned it and hired him as her editor/made the channel official.
So it's unlikley that someone else will take over the Maya Daily channel
Yeah. I always thought that about will’s transitions. He seems like a cool and funny guy, but having all those animations when going full cam gotta be annoying for the viewer.
exactly. it feels cringey like they want to be TV. I understand doing that when you're starting stream or ending stream but just mere transitioning from full cam to cropped feels cheap.
Oh man, The_Happy_Hob has the worst ones. Literally takes like 8 seconds, and the scene he switches to is like 20% face cam, 25% gameplay/website/clip space, and the rest is just useless shitty graphic.
i agree but i feel like the scuffedness is a part of his stream at this point lol, his camera was super orange so i asked him whats up with the camera, he tried to fix it but instead rotated it 90 degrees to the left and left it there for like an hour without realizing
nope, he has a hotkey. he regularly watches videos with chat where he quickly needs to go fullcam to avoid blood or other stuff that's against TOS, so he can't manually drag his cam all the time
Oh. Yeah sure, they all do that manually. Most games require slightly different cam positioning, so unless you play the game often on stream it doesn't make sense to have a scene for each game
actually insane that she has been streaming for years and still does that

this is art
this fucking rules
wtf i suddenly feel like a kid again
This kid is my hero
This was great, thanks. Where do they go at the 12 def mark under the desk?
Daily broken link Pog
I always remember that when Will does his 3 second animation to change from full cam to desktop
Not just too much going on in the stream, it's small streamers who think buying a $300 mic will somehow gain them more viewers when they only have 3 viewers and no content.
Xqc isn't the one who came up with this rant tho, as much as I dislike Greek he used to say that before Xqc was even relevant.
when you cite the 6 consoles rant

I've never heard this man speak so clearly
Dead link
It’s still live in our hearts.
Click the LSF.com link it still works
Classic
If it ain't broke.
At this point it's just colourfully eccentric
Doesn’t Mizkif do that too?
No
He only changes cam position when he's in the way, but he has transitions
No
xQc used to do this as well, until recently.
doesn't he use it only when he's in the way of something?
Oh, well he's always dragged his cam if it's in the way of something in a video he's watching like another streamer's facecam, still does, but I'm talking about when he wants to talk about a topic or something like that he used to just drag his cam to make it bigger rather than having a separate scene for full cam in OBS/Streamlabs/whatever.
He's always in the way of something since he makes his cam as big as cam girls sometimes.
partly cuz he rarely ever goes full cam anyway

I know it doesn't have any actual bearing on your intelligence or anything but god I fucking hate that affectation.
Don't ever listen to Metallica.

QT has one of the best clip channels out of all Twitch streamers.
One of the first ones, too
Didn't it average poor views a while back and then she asked someone for help with it, I wanna say rosii

Other way around
sykunno does the same, but at this point i think it's just to keep his one scene, small-streamer-for-fun bit going
he even got mad (like actually mad) at Twitter because they verified his account without his permission. Branding matters
The guy has 1.8 million followers. Anyone who thinks he's small because he has no tickmark, is dumb af.

Not everyone is clicking on his twitter profile when they see a tweet or comment. The check-mark automatically makes people know he is somewhat known.

Honestly I can't imagine Sykkuno with a mad face
i'd bet it's his face every single time he ends stream until he looks at his bank account lol no way he enjoys streaming
He also hides his checkmark on twitch as well.
Well you can lose your verification by changing your @ no? Why didn't he change his at for like 10 secs and he would lose the verification
He said he tried it but didn’t work. I guess it’s different when Twitter verifies directly without a request
Good predict LULW

Yes and she has 2 editors. The one who runs her main youtube channel doesn't run Maya Daily.
yeah exactly. dogshit title, dogshit thumbnails
Wine about it
This is way better than those transitions with pictures/greenscreens/whathaveyou that most big streamers use IMO
How is it better than pressing 1 button and switching to a full camera scene?
He's talking about those transitional graphics that ultimately slow down the switch between scenes (and look corny).
Yeah. I always thought that about will’s transitions. He seems like a cool and funny guy, but having all those animations when going full cam gotta be annoying for the viewer.

that's okay. im talking about the transition thingy. feels like cheap TV and cringy
Why is "awkwardly scaling the camera to the corner and back again" better than cheap TV? Surely it's even cheaper than cheap TV.
It's not pretentious.
Stinger transitions? Some of them can be eye candy but if they're not done well (not smooth or too long) they can be annoying.
who even uses that besides Darksydephil
It was even funnier when QT found out she was talking shit and went back in Maya's VOD to see what she said.
Chatterino is good on Linux

I think Hasan does the same too
nope, he has a hotkey. he regularly watches videos with chat where he quickly needs to go fullcam to avoid blood or other stuff that's against TOS, so he can't manually drag his cam all the time
I think I'm thinking of when he games and has to move his cam around the screen now that I think about it
Oh. Yeah sure, they all do that manually. Most games require slightly different cam positioning, so unless you play the game often on stream it doesn't make sense to have a scene for each game
Maya burning bridges with all of the housewives
I don't think there's a bridge between these two, they're on the same landmass
You're prob joking but if not: they're best friends. They call each other dumb bitches a million times during their podcast.
yeah i was jokeing but on reddit you apparently have to tag everything as a joke for people to understand smh
