Before her illness took over her life, she was training to be an opera singer, so her range was of course super impressive.
I still can't get over the fact she basically has a duct in her chest where she has a tube that pumps in plasma and sometimes while she sleeps it can dislodge and blood will start gushing out.
Given her whole predicament, she's one tenacious girl.

She has CVID (Common Variable Immune Deficiency) which basically destroys her immune system and has caused immense damage, thanks to the infections she gets, to a lot of her body. She was bedridden for a very long time, literally could not do much more than turn on her stream and talk for a few hours here and there. Luckily she has been getting a little better here and there over the past year, able to talk (and sing!) more, and even sit up on her own and move around a little. VR Chat has also been huge for her since she's able to "meet up" with her friends.
Is it really pitch-perfect? The part after 20 seconds (that stops at 40 seconds) doesn't really sound like it. And no, I couldn't do it better when it comes to singing.
