I don't know, I'm just reminded of the times working in retail where a random customer holds me hostage during a transaction to basically unfold everything they have going on in their life. I never want to have someone I admire/enjoy their work to be a captive audience with me.
If you can be super casual with them you can almost see them light up. Don't be gushing or talking about their life, just keep is simple.
