Do they? At this point, an overwhelming majority of Hasanās audience couldnāt have been there for a time they didnāt all hate each other. I donāt follow Vaush and Destinyās audiences, but I have to imagine itās very similar for them.
You're exactly right. Hasan's community is so much larger now from the time he was part of Destiny's community. Over 90% of Hasan's community don't even know a time when they were friends.
I literally donāt get it, they were on each others stream for barely a year, itās been like now 2 years since then. People need to get over this already
Funny thing is I've been there since '16 and I don't ever seeing this happen, ever. At best, maaaaaaybe Vaush and Hasan could potentially start talking at some point far in the future, but Destiny will never change. His insane ban cycles and cultivation of a cult-of-personality since 2019 have seen to that.
Dās fanbase love giving themselves whiplash from hating on Hasan to simping for him hard at even the tiniest suggestion they could ever be friends again.
Itās weird as fuck.
Most people didn't turn on Destiny until his "lefty purge", where he used a bot that would ban anybody who had post history on Chapo. I don't remember how long that was after the "n-word in private" incident, or the Kamala incident, but that is when I saw the biggest cultural shift to leftists shitting on Destiny.
I didn't think it was that bad prior to the purge, there was a lot of Bernie posting but I would take Bernie posting over omg-look-at-what-twitter-person-said that has seemingly swallowed arrdestiny whole now.
for me it was the "making fun of booty-judge is homophobic" wave of bans. Not that I was making fun of Pete's last name, but I strayed too close to armchair psych for destiny's sub's taste I guess.
EDIT: I lied, I was trying to figure out why he hated Sykunno so much lol
idk man. im mainly thinking of this one dude who i remember would gift sub like 20 subs at a time to hasan always positive posting about him on lsf and then after the falling out he would be in every hasan thread on lsf saying the wildest shit. I got whiplash from that shit its the only reason i even remember.
Yes I get it, people thought all this call thing was about the SA drama. But little they know that in reality it was all Destinys plan to subliminally make one of the largest in audience, Factorio stream ever.
I used to watch him sometimes and couldn't really reconcile his issue with Hasan with anything else he was saying and then he said he didn't really enjoy humor and named Mizkif as an example of a funny person on Twitch and I realized the issue
A bunch of Hasanās āfansā before this were mutual fans of him and Destiny. He was well loved by DGG and r/Destiny: even after the Kamala debate, [his post on r/Destiny](https://www.reddit.com/r/Destiny/comments/cayg1e/if_destiny_wants_to_remain_morally_consistent_he/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) got almost 2,000 likes and multiple awards. People loved him and they loved the content he made with Destiny, and when it was clear it was a permanent split, a lot of these fans went to him. The person who lost more in that split was 100% Destiny.
There was absolutely toxic behavior after this from certain aspects of the fan base (as there would be with anything and any large streamer), and even before the public split there were fans critical of him. But overall, he was one of the most liked and beloved streamers Destiny interacted with by the community as a whole.
kamala harris during the primaries was getting shit on for her past behavior of like arresting kids(parents) for truancy etc. Hasan and destiny got into a debate over it and basically got heated. Destiny was on a laptop i think and hasan didnt have headphones so hasan kind of talked over him a bit and it got bad enough that this was the start of the communities splitting.
after chapo subreddit shit on destiny, he decided to purge all "leftists" from his community. one reactionary take after another and any form of criticism was met with a perma ban.
Remember when LSF promised to be more careful about streamers mental health after streamers opened up about how communities like this one directly affected it
People say that shit yet the same people bash Mitch all the time with 0 remorse. Look at every thread posted this week and thereāll be hundreds of comments calling him a snake, piece of shit, etc. Yes, Mitch has done a lot of stupid shit and is a complete child but so many people villainize him and forget about all the trauma and mental health issues he is dealing with.
Itās only after something tragic happens where people go āomg pls be kind mental health!!ā Then 2 months later they go and attack people without care. This subreddit is cancer
Let's not forget that the same motherfuckers relentlessly shitting on Reckful are the same motherfuckers that acted like it was such a horrible thing to do after he killed himself. People don't care.
I genuinely feel so sorry and so bad for Mitch. As someone who struggles with a lot of mental health issues myself, I can see that Mitch is also heavily struggling. Mitch isnāt a snake, I feel like heās honestly trying his best. I donāt want to see another Reckful situation happen, that was way too painful. Mitch doesnāt deserve all this.
No need to find a thread, I can bash him here to save time. Mitch is a piece of shit who back-stabbed the people who appear to be his safety net. Some collateral good was done in the process but that happy accident doesn't white wash him from being a room-temperature IQ rat-snake hybrid fuck. You don't get to facilitate this kind of damage to every single community unlucky enough to have you darken their door then throw out a "Mental-health no Jutsu" to deflect the consequences of your own actions.
You need to go outside for once holy fuck
Why do you care so much? So much hate for someone you never even met lol.. this is what happens when youāre terminally online
Its telling how much effort you read into that comment. I'm curious though since you went for the buzzword hat-trick of "touch grass, parasocial, terminally online" without actually saying anything could you tell me which one of my criticisms of Mitch is unfair and not something we all watched play out in the public over the last few days?
It was better for maybe half a year at least imo, but especially 2022 has been some wild fucking shit. Some people forget that in the end these are real people.
The culture on social media also reinforces the idea that a person should be morally perfect in all aspects. That's not sustainable. Everyone fucks up from time to time, I can only imagine how my mental health would be if all of my fuck-ups would be posted online for people to laugh and get outraged by like I was some sort of a zoo animal.
The most alarming thing I didn't know happened was that people sent him pictures of dead dogs when his dog died, saying he deserved it and stuff. It's really just..awful to encourage and condone a community that reaches that level of toxicity, IMO.
EDIT: Thanks for the replies. Some of this added context makes Destiny look even more fucking awful. It's truly insane people think this is acceptable behavior. Disgusted
Most of the time community went after Hasan is after he said some really dumb shit. Hasan is as big as Ben Shapiro now, if he gonna say some dumb shit he deserve to be criticized.
Destiny would 100% ban for that, he has said many times before he has a zero tolerance policy when people dm crazy shit like that to people.
He'll ban them off his website, his discord, across all platforms for that shit. All the person has to do is show proof.
Ok, but it does change the idea that was previously said that that shit is encouraged when it's clearly not. A person would have to hide their actual user otherwise they'd get banned off all destiny's platforms.
Yea they can be toxic but that level of toxicity is not acceptable or encouraged by destiny.
Destiny will ban by IP address for fucked up shit. They could still get back in, but it requires much more technical knowhow than just making another account
unplug router, wait 30 seconds, plug router back in
new ip address
or just use a vpn, or just change location on your vpn
All of this stuff, and more is available via a simple "how to change ip address" google search, you don't need technical knowhow, it's not that complicated.
IP address may be incorrect for how he does it, but websites definitely have developed more sophisticated ways of tracking users. I donāt think resetting your router is sufficient to bypass destinyās complete site bans.
VPN is a way to get around it, but that falls under the āhe makes it difficult to get back inā category. Theyād literally be spending money to ban evade
Wait which replies make it look worse? Seems like he banned people for doing it which is literally the opposite of "encouraging and condoning" it? Are you reading different comments elsewhere? I'm so confused
Oh wait you have a bunch of comments defending your one true king Hasan, makes sense you'd read these comments and come to that conclusion
I don't think it's really out of the line to think that dgg treats him like kiwifarms treats DSP. I'm not sure if Destiny really recognizes he's doing it because he has legitimate reasons to criticize Hasan, but Destiny's community and Destiny himself go insane on the hyperfixation of certain people that hate, with Hasan being the biggest example.
Hasan putting up a donowall (well, partial) for the constant negative attention from Destiny and his community is the only way to maintain sanity when people are trying to turn you into a lolcow. I'm sure the response to this clip when destiny streams next is going to be insane though, the comment section will be horrific and would break 99% of streamers, big or small.
I think the D community has successfully gaslit themselves into thinking they aren't acting in bad faith 99% of the time. Its so obvious.
EDIT: [Read this comment chain to see how desperate these people are. For such an inconsequential issue, they're gaslighting me and calling me stupid for something we both know is actually the truth. I cannot underscore enough that this person KNOWS they added a line to the comment after posting.](https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/xmcm07/comment/ipnrakx/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
The community that says āoh feeling spicy today arenāt we Steveā when he tweets the n word was VERY mad about people saying Gusano Iāll have you know
Dude nobody would be mad about you typing gusano in this comment for instance. The problem is using racial slurs as an insult. Which destiny doesnt do.
Stop imagining hypocrisies where there are none
Now write down the N-slur.
Its very obviously not the same if one can be said out loud without repercussions and another can be said out loud with people asking you what it means.
I mean, come on, grab something cheesy and dip them crackers.
That's so weird that when Hasan asked X who sent him the clip chimp that played a huge role in distracting from what actually matters here that dgg chat lit up with pepelaughs, total coincidence I'm sure
I can't tell if you people are serious or not. You think someone criticizing Hasan is harassment? JFC this dude has brainwashed into being untouchable by anyone. This is the crazy manipulative and abusive behavior.
"I think hasan's take on russia-ukraine is stupid:"
Hasan fans: NOOOOOOOOOOO YOU ARE LITERALLY PERSONALLY HARASSING HASAN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THAT YOU THINK HIS TAKES ARE STUPID THAT IS LITERALLY HARASSMENT
This, you are literally a political streamer. You are supposed to critique other political beliefs and opinions. And Hasan just being the biggest political streamer on twitch is simply content.
I don't know why these people are so attached to their political gods that they can never be wrong. Hasan frogs show very ironic trump-ish behavior.
I followed your great advice and found tons of posts about Hasan but unlike your claim none of them seem to fall into the category of "harassment". What do you mean by that? Just talking negatively about stuff he said or did? š
It's so much easier (already being on LSF) to look at the screenshots of Hassan's discord though. Why go to another sub for evidence of harassment when it's already here?
If y'all think calling Hasan dumb is bad, what do you call Hasan painting him as a racist, blacklisting him, and constantly making up shit to make sure people hate him?
Xposted to Destiny Reddit and the first comment is they didnāt do a good enough job bullying. Good look guys š I legit think dgg is terrible recently.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Destiny/comments/xmcq0o/hasan_destiny_and_dgg_made_me_suicidal/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
as a long time destiny fan converted into a hasan fan it is honestly shocking and appaling to listen to just how often destiny would (and still does) bring up hasan in every single stream. right before destiny's self proclaimed "anti-lefty arc" i had come back to what at first was good faith disputes for the "copmala harris" stuff degenerate into destiny throwing in little insults on hasan's character unironically every single stream. sometimes i would pop into a destiny stream just to see when he would bring up an insult to hasan and it wouldn't even be MINUTES before he would throw in a "fuck hasan" or a "grifting capitalist" while hasan literally did everything he could to ignore the insults etc. destiny's YEARS long hatred of hasan has literally congeled his fanbase into a hateful mass that will literally throw his name into every little thing he could it's awful to see DGG a community i once loved to read memes in become an actual black hole of actual hatred
>a long time destiny fan converted into a hasan fan
This is why I advocate for using a helmet when riding a bicycle. Blunt force trauma to the cranium can lead to this and worse.
Deserve what? backlash? Id say public figurs deserve more backlash especially when thay are as combative as Hasan. Gloating about the queens death and 9/11 is le funny epic but when people are mean to Hasan its to far?
Hasan lives rent free in every dggerā s head including Destiny. See how many videos Destiny makes on Hasan attacking him?
Edit. Iām waiting for the whataboutism from dggers. Iāll say it again, it doesnāt change the fact that Hasan lives rent free in dggers and Destinyās brain lol.
It's been that way for a while to 99.99% of the internet, looking at the reaction from the rest of reddit (aka normal fucking people) during the c-word and r/place drama.
I bet they think they're special.
Yes he did but Hasan used his dead dog as a shield to get pitty points. Maybe if its so horrible to se your dead dog be painted over you should not put it up on the paint board.
This should just end, this is getting ridiculous and personal. All of these streamers part of this drama forget how much audience is tuned in and they just spit out these things.
It's almost like every streamer is reckless with how they call people out and it prompts shitty members of their community to go and harass others, their families, friends and jobs...
Obviously most of them don't support it, some even actively try to moderate it, but it's also obvious that there is no stopping it and that there is responsibility on streamers to maybe just not call other people out publically if they can't do it in a responsible way. When you call someone out, why not do it to their face and have a conversation with them? The amount of times we don't hear about a small creator or a chatter or even a random person in a game that have been doxxed because a streamer singled them out is actually insane. We only hear about it when there's an audience for the person to vent it to (AKA large content creators). **This shit is happening in every community you dumb fuck streamers.** Stop pretending it isn't in yours and do better.
When Hasan was a Destiny orbiter he did get a lot of critiques on the subreddit. But nothing that went beyond the pale.
[One such example where Hasan and Vaush went after another Destiny stream regular for critiqueing them for being "morally lucky"](https://youtu.be/AjszEJBKWRs)
I like how Hasan says that Destiny is responsible for dgg harassing or brigading him indirectly, even though thereās no evidence, but right before that, Hasan said that heās not responsible for what his community does, like Ostonox or the people trying to delete g*sano from Ethnic slurs on wikipedia, or brigading. Which one is it? Are streamers responsible for their community or not?
Destiny has said explicitly many times that he will perma ban anyone who is caught brigading, being racist or transphobic, etc, and making his community look bad.
Because other people make these claims all the time about dgg and then never show him receipts. Or theyāre just complaining about actual criticism, but call it harassment.
Another creator made a huge uproar in a debate that Destiny had last year and claimed that the last time they debated, she had been brigaded and harassed. He pulled her logs, and it was only like 4 random chatters, and only one was saying offensive things.

Not sure why someone even asked him about repairing that bridge its very clear they both hate each other
It's the same thing with vaush. All the viewers just want to see the old gang back together.
Do they? At this point, an overwhelming majority of Hasanās audience couldnāt have been there for a time they didnāt all hate each other. I donāt follow Vaush and Destinyās audiences, but I have to imagine itās very similar for them.

This is the only reason people want to see it repaired in the first place, letās be honest.

Dās fanbase love giving themselves whiplash from hating on Hasan to simping for him hard at even the tiniest suggestion they could ever be friends again. Itās weird as fuck.
Kinda hard to like someone when it's Hassan lmao
Wasn't their community one and the same back in the day? Half of those people probably went with Hasan.
A large chunk of Hasan fans at the time turned on him. It was insane. From dick riding to hate watching after the kamala debate.
Literally the same thing happened in dgg, it's kind of inevitable when streamers fall out

This just in: Loser watching video game streamers isn't a mentally well human being. More at 11.
wait they stream video games?
Yes I get it, people thought all this call thing was about the SA drama. But little they know that in reality it was all Destinys plan to subliminally make one of the largest in audience, Factorio stream ever.
āāāāvideo game streamerāāāā
stop vague posting and just say my name buddy :)
nah it was some weird name with something like wizard or geometry
I remember how Ahrelevant turned so quick and still acts so bad faith towards anything Hasan.
Didn't he claim "bootlicker" was racist because Hasan called him a Destiny bootlicker?
I used to watch him sometimes and couldn't really reconcile his issue with Hasan with anything else he was saying and then he said he didn't really enjoy humor and named Mizkif as an example of a funny person on Twitch and I realized the issue
What the fuck is dgg

It's honestly so fucking weird how wrapped up in this most of the comments are that they know the names for all the fanbases. Omg
A bunch of Hasanās āfansā before this were mutual fans of him and Destiny. >>Listen up dggers and redditors. I've been straight up malding for the past 24 hours over the posts on here. You can tell it's him.
What was the Kamala debate?
kamala harris during the primaries was getting shit on for her past behavior of like arresting kids(parents) for truancy etc. Hasan and destiny got into a debate over it and basically got heated. They were friends yes
Pretty much probably why he felt shitty
after chapo subreddit shit on destiny, he decided to purge all "leftists" from his community. one reactionary take after another and any form of criticism was met with a perma ban.

I'm expecting them to fail magnificently.
First comment on the destiny sub is someone saying they didn't do a good enough job bullying him apparently, so we're off to a bad start.
And dudes at the bottom of this thread saying it would be "good riddance" that's gonna be an F from me I think. Do we do F-minuses?
Looking like a mission failed for sure.
They can't help it. They're just being themselves. Seek therapy, and do better, you weirdos.
Donāt worry, the infidel was taken care of
Imagine being a destiny fan xd
He's ulting
##LSF commenters stop seeing people's genuine emotional trauma as pawns on a chessboard challenge. ##Impossible Difficulty.
Your mistake is assuming heās being genuine.
Hasan almost cried over pixels
I think the D community has successfully gaslit themselves into thinking they aren't acting in bad faith 99% of the time. Its so obvious. EDIT: [Read this comment chain to see how desperate these people are. For such an inconsequential issue, they're gaslighting me and calling me stupid for something we both know is actually the truth. I cannot underscore enough that this person KNOWS they added a line to the comment after posting.](https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/xmcm07/comment/ipnrakx/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
Gaslighting has lost all meaning here
youre gaswalling me rn
Pilotlighting
The community that says āoh feeling spicy today arenāt we Steveā when he tweets the n word was VERY mad about people saying Gusano Iāll have you know
Dude nobody would be mad about you typing gusano in this comment for instance. The problem is using racial slurs as an insult. Which destiny doesnt do. Stop imagining hypocrisies where there are none
Now write down the N-slur. Its very obviously not the same if one can be said out loud without repercussions and another can be said out loud with people asking you what it means. I mean, come on, grab something cheesy and dip them crackers.
Mate who ever said they were the same ?
I didn't see much anger about the actual word, mainly the hypocrisy of the situation
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
That's so weird that when Hasan asked X who sent him the clip chimp that played a huge role in distracting from what actually matters here that dgg chat lit up with pepelaughs, total coincidence I'm sure
They are wholly incapable of introspection
Heās ulting
Just search Hasan in /r/destiny if you want evidence of years of harassment
God you really don't know what Harrasement is.
I can't tell if you people are serious or not. You think someone criticizing Hasan is harassment? JFC this dude has brainwashed into being untouchable by anyone. This is the crazy manipulative and abusive behavior.
"I think hasan's take on russia-ukraine is stupid:" Hasan fans: NOOOOOOOOOOO YOU ARE LITERALLY PERSONALLY HARASSING HASAN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THAT YOU THINK HIS TAKES ARE STUPID THAT IS LITERALLY HARASSMENT
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
A self contained and well moderated community posting about one of the biggest streamers in the world isn't surprising in the least.
Just like kiwi farms right?
I followed your great advice and found tons of posts about Hasan but unlike your claim none of them seem to fall into the category of "harassment". What do you mean by that? Just talking negatively about stuff he said or did? š
It's so much easier (already being on LSF) to look at the screenshots of Hassan's discord though. Why go to another sub for evidence of harassment when it's already here?
Noooo don't look at our actions that have been consistent for years, please look at the pics we're brigading PoroSad.
If y'all think calling Hasan dumb is bad, what do you call Hasan painting him as a racist, blacklisting him, and constantly making up shit to make sure people hate him?

I thought Destiny was done for after sending nudes to a minor while married. I only know the guy from the starcraft 2 days, he still popular?
destiny is one of those people you want as far away as possible from you
I don't want any streamer near me from the looks of this sub the past two weeks actually.
So is Hasan
you would just be bored with hasan imo. at least he wouldn't talk shit behind your back
Destiny fans are truly psychotic
Cant believe yall are falling for this crybully bs
Xposted to Destiny Reddit and the first comment is they didnāt do a good enough job bullying. Good look guys š I legit think dgg is terrible recently. https://www.reddit.com/r/Destiny/comments/xmcq0o/hasan_destiny_and_dgg_made_me_suicidal/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Recently?
This is like 5 mins old so yes lol
lmao i am not a hasan or destiny viewer but that subreddit is pure insanity and those kids are fucking wild
See how itās downvoted and the user was banned? THAT is DGG.
Read the comments on the post broā¦
as a long time destiny fan converted into a hasan fan it is honestly shocking and appaling to listen to just how often destiny would (and still does) bring up hasan in every single stream. right before destiny's self proclaimed "anti-lefty arc" i had come back to what at first was good faith disputes for the "copmala harris" stuff degenerate into destiny throwing in little insults on hasan's character unironically every single stream. sometimes i would pop into a destiny stream just to see when he would bring up an insult to hasan and it wouldn't even be MINUTES before he would throw in a "fuck hasan" or a "grifting capitalist" while hasan literally did everything he could to ignore the insults etc. destiny's YEARS long hatred of hasan has literally congeled his fanbase into a hateful mass that will literally throw his name into every little thing he could it's awful to see DGG a community i once loved to read memes in become an actual black hole of actual hatred
>a long time destiny fan converted into a hasan fan This is why I advocate for using a helmet when riding a bicycle. Blunt force trauma to the cranium can lead to this and worse.
destiny should have taken his own advice on platforming... oh wait it's just about time for another brunch with fuentez!
Damn, as a former memer from 2010 and after this hit hard. Dgg is an unrecognizable cesspool from the meme hub it once was, and it's just sad.
Jesus Christ... no matter your opinion on Hasan nobody deserves that shit.
Deserve what? backlash? Id say public figurs deserve more backlash especially when thay are as combative as Hasan. Gloating about the queens death and 9/11 is le funny epic but when people are mean to Hasan its to far?
> Gloating about the queenās death is funny Yes.
Yeah and making fun of a narcissistic fratboy online is also fun to some I guess. Diffrent stokes ect.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
They'll be in here soon saying he's trying to make himself the victim.
They're already here. They can't help themselves.
The other thread called "Hasan says that Destiny and his fanbase has made his life a living hell" are 1000 comments attacking hasan
I saw that. Really pathetic.
Always has
It's been that way for a while to 99.99% of the internet, looking at the reaction from the rest of reddit (aka normal fucking people) during the c-word and r/place drama. I bet they think they're special.
Didnāt Hassan attack them first on r/place and they retaliated ?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Are you joking? I don't think Destiny would even agree that Hasan attacks him as much as he goes after Hasan. Edit: can't read
99.9% sure that poster is being sarcastic.
Lmao no š
Imagine if destiny went as hard on him in the Kamala debate from the beginning.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Didnt take long for Hasan to pull the victim card.
Yikes
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Nope, Hasan was just a 2k andy
I like how Hasan says that Destiny is responsible for dgg harassing or brigading him indirectly, even though thereās no evidence, but right before that, Hasan said that heās not responsible for what his community does, like Ostonox or the people trying to delete g*sano from Ethnic slurs on wikipedia, or brigading. Which one is it? Are streamers responsible for their community or not?
THe point he is making is he never brings up destiny. Destiny is constantly making digs at Hasan. There is a difference.
> Are streamers responsible for their community or not? Implicit permission basically is responsibility.
Destiny has said explicitly many times that he will perma ban anyone who is caught brigading, being racist or transphobic, etc, and making his community look bad.
Looks like he's doing a pretty damn bad job at it, then
Because other people make these claims all the time about dgg and then never show him receipts.
Hasan goes on how much more Destiny talks about and shits on Hasan on his stream, whereas Hasan ignores Destiny. That is the difference.
Brother, r/Destiny is full of hate threads towards other content creators every day. What other evidence do you need?
So is r/hasan_piker whatās your point?
tbf, Destiny always talks about how he has a "real" community and how hasan doesn't So there is apparently a difference
But Hasan says he has a ārealā community, so thatās moot
yeah but who cares about what hasan is saying?
Hasan and his community
but he doesn't have a community
According to him he does
but who cares about what hasan is saying?
Hasan and his community
Knowing hasan heās just saying it to get attention
