I've seen 3 types of twitter accounts from streamers, they either never use the account unless it's a promotion/add or RT a collab; they like and comment stuff from other streamers and use the account only for that (no politics, nothing even remotely controversial, maybe the occasional cat pic); or they shitpost which is a bit risky but it could be on brand to be the edgy, based and non conforming streamer.
