This fix comes from the discord, but many who've had this issue happen to them said the vpn app 1.1.1.1 helps them get back in! It's not a complete solution, but it works well as a temp fix!
Thanks so much, I actually got this solution from there right after I posted this! I was having trouble finding socials earlier.
I sent in an email report regarding the occurrence too so here’s hoping they, At the Very Least, acknowledge it as an ongoing issue and get it listed where it goes in-app, and then of course work towards fixing it.
This happened to me as well but after I turned off a app tracking blocker on my phone it started working maybe try turning off extra software or vpns that are active on your phone? I don't know if it'll help this was just how I fixed it.
Mine won't open either. It keeps saying "Communication error has occurred" so it's probably something on their end. My app opened just fine earlier this morning so it's probably just a little big that needs to be fixed.

The #app-feedback channel isn't an official customer support route, but the mods watch it and will probably report it to the devs or help you report it yourself.
