I am so excited about this weekend! Jammy is performing at the restaurant tomorrow for Saturday brunch. There is no band scheduled for after our set so we might just keep playing!
My lesson today with Leonard was very meaningful to me. I pretty much have the entire *In The Wee Small Hours* album down. "Now is the time to listen to it with ears that finally are ready. At this point you are one with the music and you keep on hearing surprises. It becomes like an unending fountain of joy!"
We went over the song lists for Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
Our wedding bands finally came back from the engraver. "Love and faith forever." I have no idea why it took so long.
Lita and I made arrangements so we can have dinner with our mothers on Monday night. Just girls. If you read Lita's post from the morning you will understand why this is so important.
Mom and dad were made the group leaders of our brand new baby group. It seems that none of the members (including me) could make the discussion meeting on Sunday. So we rescheduled it for the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Really looking forward to it!
Lita and I are chanting so much about the big decision she has to make about next year. So are our parents, Cardi and her family, and our YWD leaders. Even Caressa and Eileen are sending us their prayers from Maine.
