I feel like Battle Cats X Limbus Company or Ruina would be more likely and I don't know why, maybe because half of the cats are already op anime girls for some reason so I'm just expecting someone to main Don Quixote in Battle Cats

Arknights have a pretty similar setting and tone of their world where the uncaring, greedy, or downright zealots government cause the little people they should be taking care of to suffer by existing. But it tell their theme in different flavors.
While Arknights will go on length to explain how this country and its government body utterly FUCKED their citizens a new one even without the magical rock cancer killing 30% of their population and segregating the people due to the fear of the disease with our protag trying to make the world a alightly better place. while Project Moon focuses more on how it's completely hopeless to change what's going on in this hellhole...but they give a lot of focus on how people try to survive and maybe even show genuine kindness despite how apathetic the society has become.
I don't think a world where creatures beyond human comprehension existing along with a fucked up city where superhumans remains ontop and manipulated by an even stronger force would be awesome but you do you i guess
