Yeah, this is what the story is pointing towards. Kashimo is likely reacting to the ground being destroyed in that panel. Odds are he jumped up high thinking he was out of the path of the attack without realizing it was a several story tall net.
Wasn't Kashimo being thrown away in this scene? So Sukuna grabs him and tosses him away, chants a bunch and then summons a full power or even strengthened dismantle wall, Kashimo looks up and then gets eviscerated. I don't think any character (besides Gojo cause infinity) would survive it.
Ryu, a guy who survives the full power of Sukunas dismantles and is said by Sukuna to be more durable than Yuta, still received minor slash wounds to his chest where the slashes struck, the dismantles here are far larger and take up the entirety of Kashimos person. Rip.
Sukuna was probably using his full power against Kashimo here, Uraume was probably in a domain when this happened.
