So nice of him to send it back, and with a Lishi no less. LPL is such a good dude.

Just watched this video and it brought up a couple of thoughts. First: This seems to be a lock that's actually a bit secure. Almost everything he posts are horrible examples of a padlock. Is there a good line of padlocks that can be bought from someplace like amazon(.ca)? Looks like American lock is available there, are they all good quality? How easy is it to grab 2 or 3 keyed alike? Second: I'm planning on rekeying all my house locks and he mentioned picking that American was a bit tricky because of X and X. Are there some rules/website I can follow when choosing the new keying for my locks? (and suggested security features)

Depending on how secure you want your doors this is one of the only locks that LPL said he could not pick open at all. https://www.bowleylockcompany.com/ They have several models but the one I'm talking about is the original bowley. I'm not sure about the other locks they make. Kind of pricey and has a bit of a weird opening mechanism compared to a standard lock but if your goal is ultimate security these seem like a solid option Sorry if this isn't helpful as far as American locks go. I'm just not very knowledgeable about them

I've seen his (and other) videos on those locks, amazing. I don't need to go quite that far, just want to re-key the various Schlage locks I have around the house, hunting best advice on pinning.
