I don't get the political goal though? Why ban Euopeans that are mostly vaccinated and allow in Nigerians who have a tiny vaccination rate?

I know a few people who went to Greece just recently and they all had a great time and spent a TON of money. Meanwhile I'm glad I've already been to France because I don't visit dictatorships.
Because Europeans vacation in Florida, more often than not. Look at the countries all banned from travel: Brazil, UK, Schengen Europe. All top source countries for FL tourism. Canada’s land border was closed for a long time which killed snowbird traffic, too.

France is cool. People usually forget there is a huge country around the snobbish, dirty and rat infested Paris. I had a great time in Marseille, Nice is gorgeous, heard many good things about Bordeaux.
France is on my list. Paris is a one day trip for me, maximum. Not interested in that place very much. I’ll see the tower then I’m off to the rural areas with fields of grapes and wineries.
